Dear concern,
We request you to pls look our area here we are willing about the sewage which is really pathetic to cross the road and we are force fully to stay inside the room because of the bad smell and leakage of that sewage water outside of the road.
We had complaint several time but the issue still the same so pls look into this matter on urgent basis.

Our property tax a/c no. 18/10/01866 we are paying our taxes regularly. House is situated in the gali no. 4, ibrahimpura ward no.17. Since the garbage pickup is started no pickup is done in the gali no. 4, and now we have to pay the charges. So it may please be enquired or investigated and if i am right then these charges may please be waived off. And request that pickup service should be provided to the residents as soon as possible.

Depute street dog catchers team with equipments to catch street dogs in britain sector piplani bhopal. A number of street dogs are disturbing in the night and becoming dangerous for the residents. Yesterday they trolled one small boy. These dogs are curse to residents. Due to their breeding season they more aggressive and scary.
Please look into this matter and help us as soon as possible.

I vivek patel from shivlok phase-2, behind sos balgram, khajuri kalan bhopal, we are facing the drainage system problem since last 8 months, as the house hold and sewage water flowing in open place and day by day we all resident feeling bad smell in air and also mosquitos are increasing because of this. Many times we have made complaint to nagar nigam and till date neither any action is taken solution is given, no one is taking care of this.
How we can say bhopal is clean city?
Pls resolve the problem precisely and attensively.

In rajved colony near swagat bungalows, nayapura, kolar road, most of the street lights are not working. On the main street, there are many dark spots which needs additional lights to ensure safety of women and child's.
In particular street lights of pole numbers 135, 136 & 137 are not working since long.

Kindly get these street lights in working condition again and install new lights at dark spots on the main street to ensure that the safety of women's and children's is not compromised.

Its really quite upsetting and irritating to feel that your department does not have any consideration, even for a senior citizen. My dad is 67 years old, and he has lodged a complaint regarding sewage blockage on 10th of feb. Every morning he calls the customer care center and as per your pathetic service, you guys just keep him assured that the complaint will get resolve immediately.
If you guys can not resolve the problem then at least stop harassing an old age guy.
I am marking this complaint on a serious note and if in case, still you guys will not resolve it, then i will have to escalate this stupid matter to your top most authorities.

During the rain and storm on 10th february the tree by the side of road has fallen and has caused destruction of electric lines. The sharp branches of tree and electric wires are lying haphazardly over the road and is a potential threat to life and property. I request the authorities to act as soon as possible.

पिछ्ले 8-10 दिनो से भोपाल के वार्ड नं 21 के इतवारा मोहल्ला के गली नं 1 मे नलो मे से पानी नही आ रहा । वार्ड कार्यालय मे जाकर complain करो तो बोलते है आ आयेगा लेकिन ये नही बताते की कब आयेगा कईं बार complain कर चुके है जो नल खोलता है उससे बोलो तो वो बोलता है वार्ड कार्यालय मे जाकर बोलो । रुपये कि मांग करता है ।
कोई सुनता ही नही है या तो आप मुझे complain नम्बर दिजीये या मेरी समस्या सुलझाय या फिर मे CM हेल्पलाइन पर complain करता हूँ।

On main road sewage pipe is broken and water is flowing on main road also road condition is poor. We are facing a problem due to this overflow of water and bad condition of road. Please attend the complaint as soon as possile. Please resolve the complaint as it is main road and people are facing more problem.

Sir i have parked my bike in new market bhopal (Mp04 mh 7686) in your smart parking at road side in new market bhopal. But when i returne dto take my bike the left panel of my bike was damaged by scratches. As i asked to the men working there that who is responsible for it, then he tried to evade the responsibility. After arguing with him he gave me number of his contractor named gaurav ([protected]) as i call him and talked about the incident he straightly told me that there is no responsibility for it of them. Later then he started abusing me and said do whatever you can. Sir please solve my issue by obtaining some remedy for the damage done by your parking system and want you to take some serious action against him.

This is the complaint regarding surabhi mohini homes, awadhpuri, pincode 462022. The colony has been expecting its hand over to municipal corporation bhopal for 11 years. As it was built by builder vikas ramtani all the premises of surabhi mohini homes come under him except houses which he sold to his customers. For 11 years he has declared himself incapable to provide further support for further maintenance of the colony. Whatever maintenance happening is through the pockets of colony residents. But now colony needs municipal corporation support for its further maintenance as it now requires rebuilding of totally damaged boundary walls, damaged roads, scarcity of water, cleaning of drainage and proper cleanliness maintenance. Municipal corporation is demanding huge amount of money before taking over the colony but neither builder nor its residents are able to pay such a huge amount. Moreover bhopal has been included in smart city campaign and this mentioned area in awadhpuri also comes under it. Feed backs have been taken place for various problems but no action is being taken place till now by bhopal municipal corporation. As water level is totally got dried under ground, it is going to be hoax in colony for water as no alternate option is available now. It is now requested that government take over the colony by any means as development program is not taking place here at all for several years, whatever development took place in the meanwhile is only with the collective rare money of its residents. Although we have been paying every property related tax regularly but correspondingly people of this colony only suffering for further development and for water supply.

Since past few days the water of Narmada Line is Very Dirty, and smelly. People are using that what for drinking and bathing thus they are having in the ### of diseases as jointice and skin related diseases .
So kindly pay attention on the problem and please improve the drinking water quality.

I am living in ward no 56 kasturba nagar bhopal. We are very afraid from street dogs, they are increasing day by day. This is very difficult for us to move in colony especially around lakecity hospital. Many biting accidents, barking and other type of incidents are occured here, these dogs move in group and attack and kill other animals. Please arrange to catch these street dogs.

Hi sir, i am purna chandra prusty, house no-221, hariganga nagar, ward no-84, ratanpur sadak, hoshangabad road bhopal. Humbly requesting for choking cleaning as it’s been from last 2 months sewage water was coming outside and full road is spreaded with dirty and infected water and a major chance of having diseases for our kids and for us as well... It’s now intolerable and very much smelly and road is fully slippery that no one wants to stay here... Please help us to get the sewage cleaned, we can add some amount if needed but please sir help is to clean this pipe line choke and save us from getting ill due to diseases... Lastly it’s a humble request to clean the drainage choke as this colony don’t have proper roads but we are managing without any complain but if daily needs not full filled by staying in a capital will be no meaning to stay over here and tell we are the most cleaned city in tagline...
