A Covid rebate of Rs 1680.75 was offered if the water bill arrears of Rs 18076.00 was paid fully. l have paid the amount fully on date. but no rebate was given till today. Writing email to citizen help desk has not solved my problem. My water connection ID : [protected]. My address is:

This complaint is for a dead street dogs lying outside our home - 239, mandakini Society Kolar Road Bhopal, we asked sweeper to take action however he denied and was asking for money for the same.

This is highly frustrating, there is smell all over and nobody is taking any action.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of roads in our area. For the last four months, the road has been almost impassable. We have made several complaints, but no action has been taken. kindly take action till it's too late.

This is to bring to your notice the problem of water logging in my locatity behind Siddharth enclave Rajeev nagar Behind Nizamuddin colony 462021 Ward No.67 due to some leakage of pipeline and due to rain
Mosquitoes are also increasing on greater scale . they can spread harmful diseases like malaria, dengue and chickengunya

This is an important query . Delay can led to put health of people under threat.

Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take some appropriate action urgently

I am Monika Singh from Akbarpur nayapura Kolar road ward no 81 bhopal. The sewage tank is leaking and dirty water spreading everywhere and it's smell so bad. Which gives foul smell this sewage tank is just front of my house. So I request you to kindly get this tank repaired as soon as possible.
Because it is also the home of disease.

I want to clean the ceverage of our colony which is block more then 20 days a

I live in Paul Street Jinsi Jehangirabad bhopal and my neighbors i front of my house living in same street are continuously playing sound day and night.
It's continuous three day they are playing the music.
The sound is very loud that i can't sleep either also my parents who are sick are facing lots of disturbance due to this. Kindly stop this as soon as possible.

There is one dog in our area which is biting everyone I would like to escalate a complain against it today he tried to bite me also

An arears of Rs.1680.75 was offered if the arears in wate bill of Rs.18076.00 was paid. Even after paying this ammount the benifit of the rebate was not givn. No response to my emils ln this regard was given.

विनम्र निवेदन है कि मैं विकी कुमार वाघमोड़े ईडब्ल्यूएस 47 कोटरा सुल्तानाबाद भोपाल मध्य प्रदेश का निवासी हूं मेरे क्षेत्र में जो सड़क नगर निगम या सीपीए या किसी अन्य सरकारी विभाग के क्षेत्र में आती है उस पर ईडब्ल्यूएस 49 मकान नंबर के ग्रह स्वामी द्वारा अवैध रूप से अतिक्रमण कर पक्का निर्माण कर लिया गया है पहले तो उन्होंने बाउंड्री वॉल बना ली जिसमें वह वाहन रख सके उसके बाद उन्होंने रैंप वाहन चलाने के लिए और रोड पर बढ़ा लिया उसके बाद भी वह वाहन रोड पर ही खड़े करते हैं वह मकान का बचा हुआ मलबा भी रोड पर पटक कर रखा है उनको हटाने का कहते हैं तो वह बात अनसुनी कर देते है इस प्रकार के अतिक्रमण के कारण रोड की चौड़ाई बहुत कम हो चुकी है वाहनों को निकलने में परेशानी होती है बच्चों को साइकिल चलाना मुश्किल हो गया है कुछ दिन पहले मेरा बच्चा साइकिल चलाते वक्त चार पहिया वाहन से बचते हुए रोड पर पड़े मकान के मलबे में जा गिरा जिससे उसे चोट लग गई ईश्वर की कृपा से गंभीर चोटें नहीं आई अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस मामले पर जनहित में उचित कार्यवाही करें।

The road in old bhopal are getting worse I live near shahjahanabad area and roads here are getting worse and worse people from municipal corporation come here for their digging work and leave the roads as it is so, therefore I request the concerned officials to take action units it's too late that someone dieds because of accident on our roads. Do we taxpayers even don't have the right to expect good facilities..

We live near Mathai Nagar complex, Bairagarh. The same place has been recently very unhealthy and unhygienic. There are sewage lines been leaking for almost a month now. The area is filled with bad odor, flies flying and very dirty. Various people have been contacted for the same. But no response.

Refuse to pick up garbage and also no timing to collect the grabage from dustbin

I am a resident of ward number 78, aashiyana colony karond Berasia Road bhopal. This is to bring to your king notice toward the chocked and damaged under ground sewer line system in our locality, just in front of my house sewage water is accumulated on road from blocked and chocked sewer line, and continuously water is overflowing from the few months,
We have several a time get cleaned the sewer line by private labor, but the line are so blocked that it is impossible for the labor to clear the sewer line properly, we have complaint many a times in ward office but no action has been taken from the municipal office, nor the cleaning staff or employees of municipal corporation clean the streets,
Since the municipal election no one from municipal office visited our locality for inspection, officers only seen at the time of revenue collection and water and property tax collection in the month of march,
Also there are two vaccant plots where people throw garbage which smells in this hot days.
All the surrounding street of our colony have proper open drainage system except our colony, so, this is to request you to please see to the problem as soon as possible.

Sir,
I am a resident of Signature City, Katara Hills, bagsewaniya, Bhopal. I’m requesting you to do something about the stray dogs of my colony as soon as possible. There are around 7-8 dogs who’ve started terrorising the residents, a lot of small kids have been attacked by them recently and it’s become a very unsafe environment here. It’s a humble request to catch them before something worse happens to anyone.

Sir I'm working at CHC kolar near kolar police station and there are some family playing loud dj irrespective of time and place

And also without any special event everyday

I live in krishna campus colony which comes in chandbad near sai mandir i do job then go to office at 10 o'clock i keep the garbage of my house wet separately and dry seperately and whatever garbage cart comes in my colony His working employees do not pick up the garbage kept outside, I come from the last 10 days in the evening and go to throw out the garbage, kindly request you to take action against the employees who come here....

Last three days the Garbage vehicle is not coming into my area please solve these.. as soon as possible

The Jatkhedi Road towards Abhinav Royal Hotel and Nikhil Bungalows it's in very bad condition for past 3 to 4 months, there were works going on for gas line pipe and Water distribution lines, all the work is completed but still the Road conditions were not maintained here and there some patch cement works were done but still Two Wheeler's have a pathetic condition to commute to there home, adults and childrens who pass through that road have to face severe vehicle slippage situations, Therefore, please kindly take necessary action towards this situation.
