In dr. Ambedkar salai, madipakkam the dustbins here are placed very close to homes. There are high chances of getting flue in my area. Three people in my home itself are feared to have dengue and swine flu. The dustbins get worst when it rains. Please take action to remove the dustbins which were placed near all the homes. There are many dogs about 12 to 15 dogs in our street causing difficulty for us to walk. Kids while playing are being chased by these dogs and we are scared to send kids out. Please take them away from our place. Some dogs have disease too.

I am xxz living in sithalapakkam, chennai. Near my house there are so many pigs which was reared by someone. The pigs owners house is far away from my house. We live near lakshmipuram beach road besant nagar. Off late there has been lot of street dogs which keeps barking in the night creating nuisance. We are not able to sleep peacefully in the night. There are about 5 dogs in the street. All these 5 dogs are not healthy and clean. During night these dogs fight and hurt each other please take them away....

Dear sir,

Area : anna nagar, 9th main road, near anna adharsh school.
There are about 15 to 20 stray dogs here around this area and sometimes they get into a feud with each other. Had that happened with a human, it could have been fatal. It is shicking to see so many stray dogs strolling on the streets in such where there are children educated.
Please look into this as soon as possible as this is a matter of saftey for the children....

I am residing in porur, sakthi nagar. The street dogs bite my slippers and rip away my vehicle seats. This is the second time i am changing my two wheeler's seat cover. There are almost about a dozen street dogs in this area. During daytime they keep entering houses and at night they just keep barking continuously from after 10 till around early morning, which makes it really difficult to concentrate on sleeping. Referring to puzhuthivakkam area near rajkumar sulochana school, arul jothi street and the adjoining streets....

My daughter, a. Krithika was born in the best hospital, kodambakkam, chennai on 05.03.1987. The name of the child in the birth certificate was wrongly mentioned as "a kiruthika" instead of a. Krithika.
I had applied for correction of name as a. Krithika in the dept. Of births & deaths on 29.08.2018. I had submitted all supporting documents like marks statement, aadhaar card, ration card along with sworn affidavit duly notarised. Ack...
