This is covney that i filed complaint at mcd phone # [protected] regarding 10 to 15 dogs in our street as they not only dangerous to people. They have biting the children and passerby regularly but mcd has never responded for over 2 monthw now. This has been very frustrating and pathetic. Mcd should be dissolved! Pls take action on this concern. My no is [protected].

Man hole has been open since 1 month and cover is not fitting on it. We have made several complaints at MCD office near mosque but of no response. Last was on 27 Jan'20 complaint number 359. Also called several times to JE Mr Deepak but no action has been taken. Kids can get dumped in it as it is next to MCD school.
As this is health hazard for commuters, need to be resolved ASAP.

In our upper first floor i. E b-322, b-322 upper first floor left side, hari nagar, delhi are undergoing illegal construction of balcony due to which we are unable to see the floor through balcony they covered a lot of area like 3 feet along with balcony through green shed we are facing a lot of problem like my mother is around in her 60s and she can not use stairs every time so we use balcony to load unload things also how can we load our furniture trough balcony as everyone knows that furniture can not comes through stairs so every flat residencer use balcony to load unload
They constructed last week.
We told them not to construct but still no action, please stop that illegal construction as it is very problematic for rest two floors for the building future.
Please consider this on priority as they are constructed that balcony (Illegal construction) very fast just to escape.

The flat gh13 /809 paschim vihar keeping a pet dog english mastiff. It’s in habit to bite playing kids on the road. Yesterday on my son’s birthday he bites sons friend aged 8 ishan. It has also bite an adult in 810 flat. Request you to take an action on the owners and seize the dog so that it will protect our and neighbour children from. Dog bite

Sir,
Street construction at dda flats, block-d, pocket-3, bindapur, delhi was discontinued two weeks back and left unattended. As a result, truckloads of the broken stones, brickks, malwa were left in the street blocking passage of vehicles and residents. This has caused lots of inconvenience and risks for vehicles, residents particularly the aged and children.
Photos are attached herewith as evidence. Kindly get the street constructed most urgently.

I live in k-6/6 block gali no 20a (Pahadi dharam shala) gangotri vihar bhajanpura delhi-110053. There is few street light in my street which only covers half part of street the rest half is in dark. This cause stumble people sometime and very inconvenience to walk through street. I hope that i will get a positive and quick response form your end. So i have humble requset to set up another street light in street k-6/6 block gali no 20a (Pahadi dharam shala).

In the month of june 2019, mcd had cleaned a drain near our school and had dumped the garbage in front of the back school gate. Due to this, we had to face a lot of inconvenience including parents and students. During the rainy season, it created more mess and some students also suffered from dengue. We had given regular reminders to you to please clean the area but of no use. Till today i. E. 5th feb 2020 a lot of garbage is still strewn on the path of our school. It is a humble request to you, sir, to please clean the area so that our students, parents, and school stay in a clean environment and contribute to
Swatch bharat.

Dear sir,

I am resident of a-56, captain satish marg, rishi nagar, furniture market rani bagh, new delhi 110034 and convey you that people are facing the problem of stray dogs in our furniture market. I came late between 11 to 12 pm last night from bike and suddenly 2-3 dogs attacked me then i ran full speed on bike after that took breathe. This was so much dangerous to me. These are in large numbers wandering here and there all the times. We people always feels uncomfortable to move in and around our lanes. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. This problem is getting worse day by day, as plenty of residents have suffered their bite attacks.

So kindly consider this matter on priority basis and do the needful.

Sir neb sarai ignou road par daily night me 11 baje me baad puri raat ye shops open rehti hain aur inki wajah se road par traffic jam rehta hai aur bahut jada violence hota hai. Cigrette shop wine, parantha shop (Rehri), dhaba and other. Hume roz is road se aane jaane me bahut dikkat hoti hai. Aur aaspaas residence waalo ko bhi in open shops se pareshaani hoti hai kyunki yahan road par bahut saari taxi aur kafi jada girls and boys voilence create karte hain. Mai roz 100 no par in shops ki complaint karti hun aur 1-2 ghante night me pcr or thane waalo ka intjaar karti hun lakin koi nahi aaya. Maine mehrauli thaane sho ved prakash ko bahut baat inform kiya lakin wo koi action nhi lete. Maine neb sarai thane me bhi bahut baat complaint ki lakin wo bhi koi action nhi lete. Wo kehte hai shop open hai to aapko kya problem hai. Agar kaam hai bhi to apne aap thodi der me khul jayega. Sir mere pass daily ki videos or photographs hain in open shops ki. Aap khud ek baar raat ko 11 baje ke baad agle din morning tak kisi bhi time yahan neb sarai ignou road paryavaran complex k pass aakar dekhiye yahan ka haal. Aapko khud pata chal jayega ki mehrauli police in shops par koi legal action nhi leti. Infact ye shops waale der raat apni dukaan chalane k liye police ko har machine hafta/monthly dete hain. Sir hamari aapse request hai ki ab aap hi in shops ko late night tak chalane k liye koi action le ab aap hi umeed hai police par ab trust nhi raha. Jaise hi police ko ye lagta hai ki koi acp ya koi aur officer round par aa rahe hain to ye log unke aane se pehle hi ye shops waalon ko inform kar dete hai ki aaj dukaan na khole officer round par aa rahe hai. Hello sir,
I am residing in deva ram park, tri nagar area. Stray dogs are increasing here day by day, and i believe minimum 5 dogs are in each street and they are biting people. They bark all the time and looks very very disturbing at night.
It is very difficult for us to go from one street to another.
Sir, please do something in regard of this.

Sub –complaint for unauthorised construction

माननिये s d m साहब मैं सुनील भाटिआ अधिवक्ता (Advocate) मैं आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ इस complaint के माध्यम से की 478 तथा 479 मुख़र्जी नगर सतगुरु धाम मंदिर के पास प्राइमरी स्कूळ वाली गली मैं मकानों को तोड़ कर बिल्कुल सपाट करके निर्माण कार्य बहुत ही जोर शोर से चल रहा हैं जिसमे घटिआ से घटिआ मैटेरियल का उपयोग किया जा रहा है और ये भवन निर्माण बिल्डर दुवारा किया जा रहा है और बदरपुर रोड़ी तथा सरिया बीच सड़क मैं डाल दिया जाता हैं जिससे आने जाने मैं बच्चो माताओं और बहनो को दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ता हैं और कार्याधिन मजदूर मिस्त्री जोर जोर से गाना चलाते हैं तथा बीड़ी सिगरेट पीकर काम करते हैं बिल्डर गुंडागर्दी से निर्माण कार्य को अंजाम दिया जा रहा है थाना प्रभारी भी इस विषय मैं मूक हैं आप अभी दो माह पूर्व अग्नि कांड अनाज मंडी हादसे से आप अछि तरह अवगत हैं और इन मकानों का नक्शा भी m c d से पास नहीं है कई बार बिल्डर को स्थानीय लोगो ने कम्प्लेंट की मगर बिल्डर की कान पर कोई जू तक नहीं रेंगी माननिये s d m साहब आपसे विनर्म बिनती यह हैं की जल्दी से जल्दी निर्माण कार्य को रोक दीजिये अन्यथा कच्चा पका मटेरियल लगने के एवज मैं एक हादसा और तूल पकड़ेगा मेरी आपसे हाथ जोड़कर पुनह बिनती हैं की निर्माणकार्य तुरंत रोक दिया जाये आपकी अति किरपा होगी

Hello, our outside road is in abrupt condition since igl gasline project.
It needs immediate reconstuction like other roads. Also, the side channels (Naali) are in very bad condition.
Kindly look into the matter asap and construct road properly.
It is very unsafe for children as well due to blockage of side channels and other holes on the road.

Our top floor resident has blocked the common passgae with a steel gate and we are not able to access water tanks and roof for basic needs.in case of fire our life can be at risk.
Its my humble request to please look into this matter before any major accident happened in our house

For many years the construction of flyover in punjabi basti nangloi area has been pending, and there is a lot of litters there which creates foul smell and breeding many diseases which is dangerous to the people of punjabi basti.
So kindly take appropriate action against this and start the construction as early as possible. I also attached photo which showed you the condition of the area, take action against this as soon as possible because it's like impossible to live in this deterrent condition.

Unauthorized construction

Dear sir,

I am a delhi resident reside at h-36, shakar pur, delhi-110092. This residential building was already constructed upto ground + 4 (Total five) floors.

Sir, here i like to bring to your kind notice that the owner of fifth floor is erecting a structure on the roof which is illegal and i feel it is dangerous to the building occupants and neighbors as well because the building underneath may not be able to bear the load of expanded structure and collapse. You just come and see the condition of building. It is very risky for the life of all the residents.

I request your kind intervention to stop the ongoing construction work at the above address at the earliest.

I'm a resident of 16/52a, street no. 1, faiz road, karol bagh, and we are facing problem with 2 stray dog since few days. The dog has already bitten few peoples including maid of our neighbors and many adults. Because of inconvenience being caused to the residents & the passerby. Children in our street also stopped playing in our street due to fear of the dog. I request you to kindly make arrangement to send the dog catcher team to avoid any further accidents in future.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. We'll be highly obliged for your quick action.

In our area lots of stray dogs creates problem from evening to night while sleeping and try to bite the people while walking from that street. Our local peoples are getting harassed from this problem and couldn't find the solution. We request to get the help from nearby guards of nursing home where relatives of patients feed the dog with milk, biscuits and related things which attracts the nearby dogs and other area dogs as well which creates problem such as barking at night trying to bite peoples walking from that street etc. We request you to please help us by getting rid of this problem.

This complaint is regarding significant number of stray dogs in New Moti Nagar area C Block. The dogs bark at people passing through the area and also tend to bite people.

Dog menance is growing day by day. Yesterday only while going to market, a dog barked at my 4 year old year and was about to bite him. By gods grace a stranger approached for help and controlled the situation. It is therefore requested to lookinto the matter immediately and pick up all the stray dogs so that people can roam around freely and kids can play without any fear.

महोदय,
उपर्युक्त विषय में शिकायत है कि मैने दिनाँक 02/02/2020 को लगभग 06.00pm से 06.40pm के दौरान साधारण थाली का भोजन किया। मैने सिर्फ दाल फ्राई और चार तवा रोटी के लिए ऑर्डर किया, लेकिन वहाँ भोजन से पहले ढाबा स्टाफ ने मौखिक रूप से एक थाली के लिए कहा और रुपए 150.00 का भुगतान करने को कहा और खाना खाने के बाद मुझसे डराकर रुपये 390.00 जबरदस्ती वसूल लिए । जो भोजन मुझे परोसा गया वह भी बिल्कुल स्तरहीन और खराब था । बिल मांगने पर अवैध रूप से अपने बगल वाली दुकान संख्या 117 की मुहर लगाकर साधारण पर्ची थमा दी।
मुझे सुरक्षित महसूस नहीं हो रहा था, तो मैं वो 390.00रुपये का भुगतान बिना ज्यादा बहस या विरोध किये कर आया । पास ही की पुलिस चौकी पर गया और वहाँ मुझे कोई दिखाई नहीं दिया तो मैं चुपचाप रेलवे स्टेशन, नई दिल्ली आ गया।
चूँकि 02.02.2020 को ही ट्रेन संख्या 11058 से मुझे नई दिल्ली रेलवे स्टेशन से जाना है और मेरी टिकिट बुक भी है और तबियत ठीक नहीं है, तो मैने वहाँ से निकलना ही स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से उचित समझा । महोदय इस संबंध में निवेदन है कि ऐसे जालसाजी और ठगी करने वाले ढ़ाबे से दूसरे ग्राहक भी पीड़ित हुए होंगे और मुझे विश्वास है आगे भी यहाँ ऐसा होता रहेगा ।
अतः महोदय इस ढ़ाबे के मालिक और संबंधित स्टाफ पर यथाशीघ्र उचित और कानूनी करवाई कर मुझे और मुझ जैसे अन्य ग्राहकों, यात्रियों कोअनुगृहीत करने का कष्ट करें ।
