I am a resident of dda flats ground floor in sukhdev vihar area. These flats are over 35 years old. Our building specifically has a history of sinking foundation. The new owner of the third floor flat (Flat no. 210) is undertaking construction on the terrace - something that has become a norm in almost all buildings. We hve out water tanks on the terrace and will b e deprived of any access to the terrace once they encroach that area. When a similar construction was happening in other verticals, we raised it to mcd but no action has been taken (Flat number 207, 208, 209 of piocket b) all have complete sets constructed that have been rented out. Instead of taking action on them, mcd and delhi police threatened us. While we are discouraged to go to mcd and be intimated and insulted again, we wish to raise the issue here. Bjp's leadership boasts of clean governance while its elected representatives at sdmc do not demonstrate the same. This is a call of a helpless common citizen in the capital city in 21st century india!

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that there is plot/land in between greenfield school and sanskar ashram (Opposite to gate no 4 pocket f gtb enclave dilshard garden) which is regularly being used for marriage and party, which cause lot of sound pollution and nuisance and unlivable condition. To check/remove sound pollution if mcd can stop granting permission for marriage/party/function in this plot and take all necessary action against the people doing so.
It will be very thankful if you can help us in removing/check sound pollution and make the life of the people who are residing near gate no 4 of pocket f gtb enclave dishard garden peaceful. I think at least we deserve this much.
Again thanking you in advance for the serious actions which you will take against this complain.

Please note i am not getting appropriate category to tag this complain. But please take serious action because sound pollution is very serious issue. (I confirm sound pollution is very serious issue as by education, i am a m. Pharma clinical pharmacy and my wife is mbbs, ms gynecology and obstetrics. Please consider this as our professional advice)

Pocket f, gtb enclave dilshard garden

I am a resident of b - block, laxmi park near sai mandir, nangloi, delhi, 110041 and would request you to please fix the sewer issue asap. Sewers are blocked since 3 months and is filthy black in colour with foul smell which is also a concern for mosquito breeding and disease. And no one is looking after it so, i would request you to fix it asap.

I am a student &living in sakarpur market wa block laxmi nagar new delhi. I am living here with my friends. Sir we have a hard prob from dogs we r disturbing from dogs bark. We can't focus on our study. Bcoz of dogs. We ware scared of going down the stairs as they follow us and we are very scared of them even they are ready bite. Scary situations here and so much of problems..

Behind my house some illegal goons has opened a factory of stationary items. They have very huge machines which is causing heavy irritation to us. We are disturbed by this noice day and night 24×7. We had complained them about this situation, but they are not responding in accurate manner. They were behaving in a manner that they dont fear law and order. I am a mba graduate and left company for civil services, but here i am listening to these noises and vibrations whole day.
I hope you will help me from this drastic situation of illegality.

No one comes here in pocket 22, sector 24 rohini for street cleaning. There is trash spread everywhere on road and on sides. Employees come only near festivals and ask for money but not every day. Please look into this matter. Please send street cleaning persons here or keep a check on already appointed people as they are not doing there work properly

I am a resident of c2 block janakpuri (Near indira ideal school. My complaint is regarding the increasing number of stray dogs in my society, it's one of the top residential areas and yet the dogs who disturb the environment has increased alot. They bark unnecessarily, they run behind people for no reason and there have been cases where they bite people when they are out jogging, walking, out for a walk. It has become difficult for kids to even play outside in the beautiful park of our block, which has now become a home to more than 7 dogs. There are a total of 10 dogs, night be more. Which is a lot for a block like ours.

I abhishek jangid wants to file a complaint that my newly built house is facing major dampness issue from the adjacent building which is rented out wholely and the owner is living in another state. We have told him several times to repair his building but he don't do the same. We have built our house with all our hard earned money which is now facing damages from adjacent building is not accpetable. Please deal with the same as the owner of the building is not listening to us. He come to take rent and vanish. The tenant who are living in the house are not so interested in asking there owner as they all are daily wage workers.

There is a huge garbage collection in okhla vihar Block D near SBI ATM and the situation is getting worsen day by day .
garbage vehicles do not come to collect the garbage on daily basis is the main problem .
I therefore request the concerned authority to vacate the accumulated garbage as soon as possible and request to place at least 3 to 4 big dustbins for the collection so that in future no problem of this type get emerged....

The street dogs in our area have become a headace for us. Straching cars and baking whole night is a big problem. I am from block 26 house 23 and the whole area is facing the problem. Please take the corrective action.

I wish to inform you that there are 6 stray dogs which have caused havoc in our colony f block bali nagar. Kids and elderly cant step out of the house as they jump on them and one day i fear that some major mishap may occur. Inspite o[censored]nlimited calls mcd dog squad is not taking any action. Hence to avoid any mishap you are requested to tell the mcd dog squad to take away these dogs at the earliest.

I am ayush gupta living in harkesh nagar, new delhi. Street dogs present near my house troubles the people in my locality. These dogs used to continuously barking in the night time. Hence as a result people near my locality unable to sleep properly and get distracted.

Unauthorized factories in residential area
Sir,

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that some illegal factories thar are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause of making it unfavourable for human being to live in an environment of peice. What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the lawas by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

Now coming to the point, i am a resident of wazir nagar gali no 3 kotla mubarakpur new delhi-3. I am not mentioning my name and house no. Here as i want to keep my details confidential because i am a resident of this area and i may have quarrel with the concerned people if i expose my name here. Now coming to the problem, in this residential area some illegal factories (Like: one factory working at 1533d third floor wazir nagar gali no 3, kotla mubarakpur, new delhi – 110018) are working freely. These factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place. People are sick of these factories as the workers in these factories work till 12:00 midnight to 2:00 am and some time the whole night. As the factories are situated in between the houses of common people, people near by are not able to sleep at night. Working machines make a huge noise that can be heard in the street from several meters away specially at night when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories are very rude and mis conducting. The owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them.
All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell.

More than a year there is a mad stray dog - which continuously barks whole night and cries all night. People have not come out of their houses to make the dog run away and have also seen hitting this mad dog with sticks. This dog is also not sterilized and
Has attacked people.

We are unable to sleep whole night due to crying and barking of this dog.

There are 25 dogs next to my house a-4 paschim vihar. They back throughout the night and create headache. They also bite people who try and enter that area.
These dogswere 10 one tear ago now we have so many dogs it's tough to even keep a count. They keep growing in no. Quickly and when all if them bark together its a ruckus

This is to bring your kind attention towards an illegal tower at 8/5 west patel nagar, new delhi 110008 which was installed without the permission of the local residents, which doesn’t even comply with the requirements and specifications directed by concerned government authorities and ngt.
Due to this illegal cell phone tower, the local residents are facing many issues in regard to health, as there are children from all ages (Infants, toddlers and adolescents), senior citizens, diabetic patients etc.
The illegal tower is so huge and heavy that it has even caused damage to the structure of the building and cracks can be seen easily on the walls.
Also some people has come to seal the roof but have actuallly sealed the other side of the roof and now the company wants to put additional equipments upon our roof.
I request you to take firm and strict action against the service provider (Vodafone) and mr. Alok gujral, the owner of the terrace on which the said illegal tower is constructed.

This is with reference to block no 4/1 (4th block) geeta colony, new delhi below are the issues:
1:garbage has been piled up and no one bothers to remove that. Mcd vehicle worker they do the brooming on the road but leave the garbage as it is.
2: there is issue with maintenance of park lying idle and where it is suggested to install rides for children.
3: street lighting for safety of trespassers.
4: removal of stray dogs as n of complaints have been received towards these dogs which run to bite the residents.

These dogs are very danger.ये डॉग्स बहुत ही खतरनाक है ये रात को किसी को भी सोने नहीं देते और भोक्ते रहते है कृपिया इन्हे यहां से लेके जाए और ये काटने को भी डोधते है। यहां हर किसी को इन डॉग्स से दिक्कत है क्यूंकि ये डॉग्स भोकते रहते है और सबको परेशान करते है। मेरा आपसे यह निवेदन है कि जल्दी से जल्दी आप इन्हे यहां से लेकर जाए क्यूंकि हमें बहुत दिक्कत हो रही है।

I write this to draw your immediate attention to the problem of monkey-menace being faced by our colony for the last six months. They can be seen everywhere on the wails: windows, terraces, etc. They throw away things and tear off clothes. Small kids are scared at their sight.
Monkeys follow school going children. Many a time they have had a narrow escape of their bites. They snatch milk packets, fruit packets from people. If they manage to get entry into the rooms, they take no time to tamper with the things. We daren't show them away.
I hope you'll look into the matter immediately and take necessary action to drive them away from
The colony.

I, rimpy rohilla, resident of budh vihar, phase-1, delhi-110086, wants to file a complaint regarding the cleaning of nali of our gali. There is no proper cleaning of nali in our area. And the person appointed to clean it did not come and clean them. Sir the water overflows sometimes during rains and it comes in our houses. It creates a lot of problem in our gali and this will soon be an invitation for harmful diseases. Sir, kindly take a note regarding our problem and appoint a proper person for cleaning it on a regular basis.
