Please send someone to catch a black stray dog outside my house. He keeps barking all the time which is creating sleeping disorders not only for our baby but also elders in our house and neighbourhoods.
I am facing the same peoblem since more than 6 months now, and now a neighbour has started giving space to the dog outside her house which is creating more problem as he barks midnight continuously even when anybody is coming to their house from work also he runs to bite maids and sweepers coming for cleaning. Please send aomeone to catch him at the earliest as we are in great fear because of him and my 1.5 year old daughter is sleep deprived at nights.

I, agni dev, senior citizen, age 79 yrs, and my wife who is 77 yrs is a terminally ill patient on bed due to paralysis and other multiple problems since almost 15 yrs. I am resident of c4 b - flat 104, pocket-13, janakpuri, new delhi 110058, want to report a complaint against our next door neighbours, surinder mehndiratta and his entire family of doing construction.
Ever since their construction has been started there has been some problem or the other, but since last month this has become daily routine that they damage or spoil something or the other of our house.
Our second floor lanter has been damaged (8foot) due to their reckless hammering and first floor gallery also got damaged. They have also cut the support saria (Iron rod) of our roof
Lanter which ideally has to be interlocked with new lantern saria of flat 106, now due to which our roof has become weak and can fall anytime causing serious physical damage to my family.
After requesting them several times of doing things properly and safely, they keep on shouting on us and started mental haarrasment to my family for which we have complaint to police twice.
We are having health issues and due to their daily tantrums they are getting worse. We would request up in to take serious, strict and prompt action on this.
I am sure mcd will help senior citizens in this regard as it is really very difficult to live with all this #.

It is very sad to inform that we students of delhi university and living in the campus itself are facing a lot of problems due to the growing number of dogs in the society. We currently have our exams going on and it becomes very difficult to study because they are constantly barking and also there sound makes it difficult for us to sleep.
I hope you will take action regarding this asap.

In rohini sector 24 j j colony e block, there was a free court area for 5 house but some of person build latterin/stairs in this court area. I live in e 116 jj colony rohini sec 24 and h. No. 118, 124 has build latterine in aangan (Court area), this is a unauthorized construction.
So please resolve this problem as early as possible..

Hello...in my area (Malka ganj new delhi) pincide:-110007, there are lots of dangerous dog (14-15) who all the time barking and bite on the people on the streets... It's very difficult to go outside at night time... So many small children were scared about the aggressive dogs... So the all the time at home... Not going outside alone... And the main problem is that at the night the bark all the time it's very difficult to sleep... I am requesting to to take action about this... Otherwise people here are very scared.. About this...

This is to bring to your notice that in jhilmil colony specifically b-block (1-40) there is a large amount of stray dogs. Some of these dogs are suffering with scabies (Khujli) and it is being noticed that these dogs have bitten a lots of kids while they go to school early morning. Some of these dogs
Have also given babies and the number of dogs in the colony is continuously increasing. These dogs also create a ruckus at night and start crying during the mid of the night for no reason while creates a lot of disturbance for the people living nearby. The increasing number of stray dogs is alarming and harmful.

I am manoj resident of i-63a, mohan garden uttam nagar, new delhi 110059. We are facing more problems in my area, drain water jam in drains (Naali) because my neighbor (Ashok) live in my street have blocked the drains (Naali) front of his houses, so all the drain water has been collected in front of my house, due to that mosquitoes are birth in that water,
Due to it my family members are ill. So please kindly focused on my complaint.
And try to open the naali...

I m a resident of B=1 Block, Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053 and complain about the Monkeys in the Locality, with over 20-25 of them, it is almost impossible to step out of the house. There have been many instances that they destroy our clothes, plants, pipes, cable wires and constantly disturb us any day time..Some days back we even faced 2-3 accidents because of monkeys. as days are passing, they are rising at large. You are requested to kindly do the needful as it is really dangerous situation for kids and ladies.

This is to bring to your notice that in geeta colony specifically 9block there is a large amount of stray dogs. It is requested to please take a strict action against the matter and dogs should be removed from the colony specially the ones with chronic diseases like canine flu & scabies.

I am living in d27, gali no. 2, vishwas park, uttam nagar, near main rajapuri road, new delhi-59. There is garbage and stagnant water problem in front of our building due to this mosquitoes and fly's are increasing day by day. Sweeper is not cleaning and removing garbage in my street. I request you to please send sweeper to clear the garbage.

Cow's are roaming on the road itself. The owners don't care about them. They don't have place for the cow's. Those cow's are attacking the passerby and kids. There is a school as well. The kids and old people are affected so much. Can you please take action against it. It is very difficult to pass the road from there you can see this in video.

Dear management,

I am a resident of ashirwad apartments ip extension, plot no. 74 and there is a pet dog on our floor in multistorey building which creates it difficult for us to get out as he is not completely trained and barks 24*7.

He roams around freely at times and being un trained there is a potential risk of being attacked. Constant barking disturbs the domestic environment and makes it difficult to sleep or attend official calls.

Request you to kindly look into the matter as the owners don't seem to be taking proper care of the dog and i shall keep my identity anonymous.

In july 2018 toi newspaper had reported that mcd has done away with charging annual conversion charges for commercial use of property and will now charge one time conversion charges at rates mentioned which are applicable till 31st dec 2018 and new rates will be applicable from january 2019. It was further mentioned that those who have paid annual conversion charges in past for few years will get rebate equal to 2 years annual charges already paid by them. The news was reported in other newspapers also, but regarding rebate only toi had mentioned. Many times enquiry has been made from mcd office regarding confirmation about applicable rebate, if one time conversion charges are paid now, for property, for which already in past annual conversion charges have been paid for few years, but no information /confirmation regarding rebate is received if the office of north delhi municipal corporation (Building department or any other concerned department) situated in civic centre, min to road or other office can confirm about rebate part, it will be helpful to those, who have to make payment by end of december 2018.

Sir, i on behalf of the residents of naya savera resident welfare association would like to inform that in our pocket in plot no: 58, pocket: 28, sector: 24, rohini, new delhi illegal business commercial activities are going on and all the residents are being harressed. Commercial trucks with heavy loading are being 24 hours.

Concerned officers are requested to please get it stopped immediately as it is a residential colony.

Sir i would like to bring your attention towards our society. There is a dog in our street he keeps barking on the peoples who come in our street including guest and family member.
I want share an experience with you last thursday one baby cow was there in our street looks like he is searching for her mother suddenly this dog start barking on her and the baby cow goes panic and she felt in the drain and she lost her life

Dear sir/madam,
I would like to draw your attention in shalamar village area where the roads connecting from shalamar village to haiderpur and forits hospital to max hospital (Or haiderpur metro station) are encroached by the illegal constructions. The road connecting from shalamar village to haiderpur is illegally encroached by the shopkeepers from both side. Even the rain water drainage also covered by shops. Due to this encroachment we have to face huge traffic jams in this area.
The road connected from fortis hospital (Shalimar bagh) to max hospital (Shalimar bagh) is also encroached by jhuggis and illegal construction just after the entrance of shalamar village area.
I would also like to inform you about hundreds of illegal small factories are running in the residential area of shalamar village. Recently a sealing drive was carried out and some factories were sealed but still many factories are running in the area.
Therefore i request you remove the illegal constructions from the roads and also seal the factories running illegally in the residential area.

Mcd sealed a property no. A-13 main road gazipur village delhi-110096 near shiv mandir on 1/05/18. Owner dinesh sharma had broken the seal on the same day with the connivance of mcd and local police, illegal construction has been made in the sealed property. He is also running a dhaba and automobile workshop in this sealed property which is also an alaram rising situation regarding the pollution. Even after getting being published in the newspapers the daring owner (Also having criminal records) even then continued tha construction of his building without any fear of the concerning authorities. Fir should be registered against the owner and property should be resealed immediately.

Is to bring your kind notice that we are residing at 45-46, pocket 4, sec 22, rohini,. The number of street dogs has increarsed in the nearby area... They disturb and create nuisance in the night... They enter nerby houses and destroy the gardens and also make the gardens dirty.. Kindly look into the matter...

Condition of roads in uttam nagar
Respected sir,

This is to bring into your kind notice that roads inside uttam nagar are in very bad conditions. Most of the roads inside uttam nagar are made up of cement. These types of road remain good for one month or two but after that cement and stones start coming out of roads. This results in accidents and traffic jam. I request you to convert these road into asphalt (Caoltar)/bitumen roads. The main roads which interconnect uttam nagar are:
1. Ram chand gahloth marg
2. Gurdwara kalgidhar marg
3. Bal udyan marg
4. Main rajapuri road
5. Bindapur matiyar road
Out of these five road only one (First one) is recently made of asphalt. Remaining 4 roads are of cement and are in very bad conditions. If you open any gprs based application in phone or laptop, you will find that the public o[censored]ttam nagar are dependent on these five roads to come in and go out o[censored]ttam nagar. As you know that public and transport are increasing day by day in these roads. So, it is the responsibility of concern department to make the proper roads for smooth transportation. I would also like to inform you that under the influence of builders or shopkeeper your people have converted many small cement roads (Which are not so important) into asphalt roads. This act has done just to influence the customer coming there for buying floors or shopping. I request you to understand the main problem of people living in uttam nagar and convert all above mentioned roads into asphalt roads. I also request to put no parking boards on these roads. I would also like to add if any step for the enlargement of these roads has been taken then it will be good for the future of people living in uttam nagar.

This is an empty plot near my house and is in the same state from the last over 10 years approximately. People from other streets consider that as a garbage throwing plot causing foul smell and increases the chances of other diseases.

I have complained a lot of times but it was never cleaned properly by the local mcd. Request you to please take this matter of high importance and act as required.
