Dear Sir/Madam,
Very Good Morning,
This is to bring to your kind notice that one vehicle is standing in Safdarjung development area in Block -C near to the public park from last many year which may become the reason to give chance to the thieves to do theft. Its requested to please remove that vehicle from the said place so that such unavoidable incident don't occur.

One thing we bring to your kind notice that MCD office of Green Park has fixed the notice on above said vehicle from last 2.5 yrs but till that the person is not removing the vehicle. It looks that he is not obeying any law even after the notice served by the MCD department. I have attached the copy of notice served fix on the vehicle . One thing i bring to your kind notice that the person to whom the vehicle belongs is no more in this world. But his successors are not obeying the law & MCD persons are sitting hand fold.
Its requested to please look into the matter & remove the vehicle from the place otherwise i have to approach the higher authorities for the same. I hope every citizen of india is abide by the law & rules of the country.

I was expecting a favorable response on my request, But till date after 21 days there is no action, no reply on my complaint or even i have not heared anything even no reply, no action . I think you are awaiting for an incident to occur. So that you can take action.
Writing an e-mail or informing you, is of no use. You are still sitting hand fold.
I think i have to approach the higher authorities for the same.

I m an resident of F-Block panchsheel garden. And I m hereby to inform you that the street dogs in our locality are very dangerous. They bite the people and even most usual theg bark at all. They used to damage our vehicles by cutting it's seat with their harsh nails. Also, they bark all the night and disturb us all a lot. I kindly request you to take a tough move against this. And they are going to get more as a ### is going to give birth to the new dogs. Please get them away from here as everyone in my locality is being irritated from these dogs...

There is a peepal tree which is about to fall due to heavy rain fall and this tree is pretty over grew.
Due this tree many of bird's are stuck in kite threads and die.
This tree is opposite to my house and because it's so big it cover two-three house. Houses can damage due it's fallen.
So please do something as soon as possible before any accident.

Subject:- request for stop illegal factory in residential area.
Sir/madam,
I, sanjay, a resident of block-b, majlis park, the area am to state that an illegal factory is being run in the residential area. This illegal factory is situated at owner name gurmeet singh, b-279, gali no-3, majlis park, adarsh nagar, delhi-110033. This factory is equipped with sevral leath machines, grinding machine, drilling machine, welding machine etc. These machines when working create a lot of noise and disturbance for other residents in the area during day and night. It leads to noise pollution. A number of complaints have been lodged with the police authorities but with no positive result. It appears that certain police person inform him before hand that your factory is going to be sealed. Consequently, he disappears from the scene. Aftersome time when the dust has seltled down he would come andstarts his factory business and creates headque for the neighbours.in view of the position stated above you are please requested to look into the matter personally and take necessary steps to close the illegal factory or shift the factory to some other place.

Respected sir,

I am writing this communication with the intention to save the general public from being bitten by street dogs in nehru place - near rajlok building. It happened to me today 10.09.2018, morning around 8 a. M. When i was travelling to my office on the way while i was walking on the path, a group of 9, 12 street dogs were standing on the roadside, before icici bank atm. While i was crossing the spot, one dog was barking at me without provocation ran after me intentionally to bit me. When he was about to bite me i started shouting where the lady who was feeding them starting screaming "chilla kyun rahe hai". When i replied to him saying that how can one stay quite if a stray dog is bitting him/her. The could have turned into a fatal accident which could have happened because of extreme negligence by the government. I was disturbed mentally for a while after that incident because the lady who was feeding the stray dogs said i belong to maneka gandhi ngo and can not do anything.

I hereby very humbly request the concerned persons /officers in the department to capture the street dogs and save the general public before making it harm to public more.

I hope my complaint will be entertained by the concerned staffs purely on the basis of public interest.

Sir, i am a resident of a-394, meet nagar, street no-2, delhi-94.in our locality, my 3 neighbours uplift the road from the front of their houses, which made the road uneven and results in collection of rain water in front of our houses, creation of foul smell n various water borne diseases. We have already lodged a complaint against it but ur authority took no action. I think they r blind and unable to resolve the public issues. They r just holding office of profit and are not doing anything. I rqst u to took action against it otherwise we will go for higher authorities.

I am a concerened citizen of this country and lives in guru harkishan nagar paschim vihar (Near jagat convent school) new delhi. There is a female street dogs who had just given birth dto pupies a few days ago. Now i dont know what has happened to her and she started trying to bite people. She has also tried to bite me 4 times
Iwould be highly obliged if the mcd dog squad come here and take her away as soon as possible

From past two years there is water blocking on road in our area rain water and 24 hours sewerage water from ignou i would like to request you please take action on it cause sometimes elec current flow in this dirty water that's to dangerous and just because of this water building's are getting week day by day

I request you to please send your dog squad team in our colony. Please send them to 'duggal colony, devli road pin code 110062. I specially request you to send them in a block gali number 3 because there are too much of dog in a block they makes roads dirty and some times barks whole night which distrub's a lot. They some times bites people.

I sharada an illiterate widow of vinod chawla, resident of bolarum, secunderabad 500 010. My husband mr. Vinod chawla expired in a train accident near nizamuddin railway station on 25th of may 2008. The railway authorities had done the required formalities with an f. I. R. And submitted to municipal office. I received the original copy of the certificate. I have misplaced the original death certificate. I do not even have the xerox copy of the same. Kindly don't think this letter as a complaint letter. My humble request is to guide me how can i get my original death certificate of my husband.
And also let me know from which municipal office.

I have a cat whose color is black and white. She gave birth to 4 kittens 2 days ago. 1 day she remains as usual but on 2nd day she started biting and scratching everybody. We have locked her in a room where her kittens are. But many necessary things are there in that room. Buy whenever we try to open the room she just run madly upon everybody. Before she harm anybody please send your team to treat her and suggest us the problem what happened to her and to what time she will treat like this

Hello sir,

I m a resident of c-5/8b, lawrence road, keshav puram, new delhi-110035 and want to complain about the growing menace of monkeys in the locality, there are so many monkeys in my colony who use to destroy our clothes, plants, cable wires and constantly disturb us any day time. They are always ready to attack anyone & use to enter anyone's home & steal food items. My kids are very small so i feel more scared about the safety of my family. You are requested to kindly look into the matter & do the needful to avoid any mis-happening to anyone near to my colony

This is medisave (G-1 vikas surya arcade cu-block market pitampura delhi-34) wants to register a complain regarding blocking and over flowing of sewer in our market. A lot of people facing a no. Of problems with respect to this i. E, foul smell, making inconvenient in passing through the way, looks so ugly and bed and most important, it impact bed impression on our customers.

With the mode of this e-mail, i wana put ur attention towards the problem whatever me & my family members are facing due to the blockage of sevver made by ur mcd. I m the residential of wz - 1154 rani bagh new delhi - 110034 from last 20 days we guys are keep complaining against this inconvinience, what we are tolerating, but nobody is ready to take any action. Either they are giving us the time to come late or else they guys are asking for money what we cannot afford, we are really very disturbed coz the waterfall extend to that much limit that even we are not supposed to enter in house propoerly. It smells badly & sometimes it even come inside the house. Due to smell & dust my younger brother become sick from last 7 days.
Its my humble request to look into the matter & do the needfull asap. I'll be really very thankful to you for your great & kind support.

Complaint against street dogs
Hi sir/madam,

My name is ashish and resident of bu block pitam pura, new delhi 110034 and would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which, bu block residents especially children are facing. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses during whole day.

Whenever children go out from house, street dogs started barking and even bite few of the kids during last one month.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this locality so that we will get rid of this problem soon and can live peacfully.

Dear sir,
I am a resident of dwarka sector 22 delhi. The portion of the footpath near plot no 1b and 2, of sector 22 is overcrowded with wild plants. There is no cleaning of the footpath as a result of which people are unable to walk. Also, there is a tree which has fallen due to the ongoing thunderstorms but there is no cleaning. Request you to take some action as the pedestrians of sector 22 are facing a real problem.

Sir/madam,

I am resident of mayur vihar phase 2, pocketa in edmc area where the number of stray dogs has increased too much and are making our life very difficult to live here.

We are living under the constant fear of dog bites and so much of noise of there barking at anytime in day.

In addition the street lights and high mast lighting in pocket a parks is non functional for more than 2 months.

Some areas are pitch dark which could potentially lead to chain snatching etc.

It is a humble request to look into the above issues urgently.
