I am a resident of c-block c-33, z-4 dilshad garden delhi-95. There are so many monkeys in our colony that we are unable to move out of our houses with our children.

People of all ages are in constant danger and we are unable to go to the local park because of the fear of monkeys. They are constantly contaminating our water tanks by breaking into it and they also break windows, tear clothes lying outside to dry and are always ready to attack anyone who tries to go outside on the street.
Plese tell us how this problem can be solved.

Dda janta flat no. 128 to 129 janta flat (748) shivaji enclave extn., raghubir nagar, new delhi-110027, with all floors suffering with sewer blockage from long time, but there is no action by the mcd or dda in the matter. Please take necessary action to the competent authority for raise the blockage. It is further request to take immediate action by the mcd for cleaning the line of the sewerage.

The condition of road outside my residence is very poor. It is all broken and requires to be relaid. Your department has been very careless and despite my repeated complaints in the past nothing has been done about it. Last year also i had lodged a complaint and was given "grievance id – grv/kbz/2017/101501 dated 08/07/2017. There is also absence of drainage system and in the rainy season there is to waterlogging on the entire row making life difficult for all the residents. The road has also heavy vehicular traffic as this is the only road connecting the remote faridpuri area with the west patel nagar and outside. The entire vehicular traffic going to faridpuri area uses this road and it spreads chaos when during rain the entire road is waterlogged. The residents face a lot of difficulty even in going into and moving out of their residence. Do something about it immediately. The entire road requires to be relayed and you are also required to improve drainage system on the road so that it does not result in waterlogging.

Hello... I want to inform you that in 89-b pocket-c siddhartha extention new delhi.. There are 6 dogs, it is a 2bhk appt with 5 people living in it.. The dogs are in a very poor condition and they are not even registered.. The owner of the house is an old lady who is helpless because her children doesnt let the dogs go... Lately a dog bit the old lady harjeet kaur and even after her asking her son and grandchildren to remove the dogs from her house they refuse and keep torturing her. Please help remove the dogs.

I am a resident of 21bank enclave, laxmi nagar, near dda playground. The municipal corporaration employee allegdly and forcefully parked thier vehical with garbarge with in, without any permission from the residents here. This affecting the cleanliness of the lane and is affecting our health too. Kindly take immidiate action to remove these vehicles from premises of our house, as this is not an authorised placec for mcd vehicles to be.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which people are facing these days in f - block gali no-8 chand bagh delhi -1100094. There are an street dog in this locality living in street since long time, it is very difficult and harm full. When i go out side from home and cross the street dog comes closer to the me and bite. The dog color orange and long hair. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.
Please catch the this dog and remove from my street.

To whom sever it may concern, i would like to know you that in rohini sector-11 house no:51, block-b encroachment the whole road that 9meter gully. (Sanjeev kholi) the owner of 2nd floor did all this, he fixed the iron gate on both the sides and put red tiles on the floor and stops the whole road to passing by and due to this peoples are facing problems. They also put the name plate of their house on the ndpl wall (The capital) please look into this matter and take immediate action.

Today i have lodge complaint against builder demolishing building adjacent to my building i.e. house no F-72 vikas puri new delhi 110018 without taking appropriate norms of demolishing. I call on 100 number police came and no satisfactory action taken, after that i go to near by police station i.e. VIKAS PURI NEW DELHI 110018 AND I filed written application against that builder i.e. BATRA ASSOCIATES F BLOCK VIKAS PURI . no action is taken against them. After that i call in mcd office there i give complaint they give me complaint no.350 but still no one come there to stop that work. please take appropriate action against that builder.

Sub - heavy pollution of badarpur, rodi and wood cutting dust, noise, and smoke of heavy l vehicles due to construction at near my home.

Sir,
I am a senior citizen living at above referred address.
A house is under construction (4-5 building away from my home). The builder has dumped the construction materiel (Badarpur, rodi, bricks etc. And wood cutting) in front of my home. And the builder’s labor carries the materiel from here to construction site.
Trucks of materiel usually come in early hours of morning at about 4-5 am. That causes heavy noise and smoke pollution.
Please help in getting rid from pollution. The builder should dump the materiel in front of his site, not in front of my home.

Delhi – 110009, would like to attract your attention that the tree in front of my house is so grown up now that it’s branches are hitting the vehicles and the street light is also covered by this tree .
Due to heavy branches of this tree the ligh not comes in street and there is so much darkness under this tree in the evening and night, and some theifs are getting the benefites of the darkness .
I request the authorities to please get the tree branches trimmed to the maximum so that it doesn’t harm us. Please treat this request as most urgent to avoid any incident.

With reference to the above, i submit the following facts for your kind consideration and necessary action: -

1. I am owner of flat no. A1b-53a, lig flats, krishna apartment, opp. Vishal bharti public school, paschim vihar, new delhi – 110 063.

2. My neighbour, smt. Santosh, owner of flat no. A1b-52a, has illegally encroached upon the approach area of flat no. A1b-53a. She has covered the open drain area in front of my flat and after covering it she extended the wall of her flat over drain. She has also planted a number of shrubs and other plants on the approach road to my flat, due to which i am unable to move in or out of my flat.

3. In addition to this, she has opened a shop in front of her flat and fixed a shutter on it. Now a beauty parlour is being run in this shop, which is illegal.

4. In another encroachment, the owner of flat no. A1b-52b (Flat above a1b-52a) has extended the terrace of a1b-52a by about 2.5 ft. And built a wall on extended portion after demolishing the existing wall of his flat built by dda. This encroachment is not only hindering the air and light of my flat, but also endangers the whole structure of the building, putting at risk the residents of other neighbouring flats.

Keeping in view the above facts, it is requested to demolish the unauthorised constructions of these flats immediately and the illegal encroachment may be removed. It will help in cleaning the approach road of my flat and the original position will be restored. It will also help in preventing any untoward incident in the area, which may happen by unauthorised constructions and putting unsupported load on the building structure.

It will also deterrent the people who are planning illegal construction in their flats in this area.

Please get the high mast light in corner of kirari village pond near to shiv mandir,, which is not working for the last more that one and a half year. We have lodged complaint with the ndpl office, mla office, urmila choudhary municipal counclor of the area, but of no use. I hope that at least now the concerned department will look into our complaint and get the lights reparied at the earliest.

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that some illegal factories that are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause of making it unfavourable for human being to live in an environment of peice. What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the lawas by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

Now coming to the point, i am a resident of maujpur village mata mandir marg gali no - 5 (Band gali) (Near seth bhagwandas school), maujpur, new delhi - 110053. I am not mentioning my name and house no. Here as i want to keep my details confidential, since i am a resident of this area and may have quarrel with the concerned people if i expose my name here.

Now coming to the problem, in this residential area some illegal chemical factories (Like: two chemical jeans washing factory running at mata mandir marg gali no 5, maujpur, delhi – 110053) are working freely. These factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place. People and small babies are sick of these factories as the workers in these factories work till 12:00 midnight to 2:00 am and some time the whole night. As the factories are situated in between the houses of common people, people near by are not able to sleep at night and also they parked their vehicle (Like chotha hathi) infront of other people house due to which other people are facing problems. The owners of the factory live freely and other people suffer because of them. People living around can not expect moments of piece. Also the harmful chemical emerges out from the machines makes the environment contaiminated. So we the people can not tollerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more.

All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell

This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factories. Hoping to have a quick and strict action in this regard soon.

Hello sir,

I m a resident of delhi police apartment, mayur vihar 1, new delhi and want to complain about the growing menace of monkeys our society. It is almost impossible to step out of the house. Most of the time it's found sitting right infront of the door and ready to attack. There have been instances where they did destroy our clothes, plants and cable wires and constantly disturbs us.. We even faced 2-3 accidents because of monkeys. As the days are passing, their numbers are increasing. Sir we are living near shahdara and around my house lots of street dogs are there and they are very harmful for kids they can't let them play outside because of them we and kids are living fearfull life at night they become more dengerous they gethers in group nd if someone alone specially kid or women they are about to biting. Summer holidays gose waste for kid as they are not allow to go outside because of dogs please help us as soon as possible.

There are so many street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and i have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.
