Sir,
With reference to the above, i submit the following facts for your kind consideration and necessary action: -
1. I am owner of flat no. A1b-53a, lig flats, krishna apartment, opp. Vishal bharti public school, paschim vihar, new delhi – 110 063.
2. My neighbour, smt. Santosh, owner of flat no. A1b-52a, has illegally encroached upon the approach area of flat no. A1b-53a. She has covered the open drain area in front of my flat and after covering it she extended the wall of her flat over drain. She has also planted a number of shrubs and other plants on the approach road to my flat, due to which i am unable to move in or out of my flat.
3. In addition to this, she has opened a shop in front of her flat and fixed a shutter on it. Now a beauty parlour is being run in this shop, which is illegal.
4. In another encroachment, the owner of flat no. A1b-52b (Flat above a1b-52a) has extended the terrace of a1b-52a by about 2.5 ft. And built a wall on extended portion after demolishing the existing wall of his flat built by dda. This encroachment is not only hindering the air and light of my flat, but also endangers the whole structure of the building, putting at risk the residents of other neighbouring flats.
Keeping in view the above facts, it is requested to demolish the unauthorised constructions of these flats immediately and the illegal encroachment may be removed. It will help in cleaning the approach road of my flat and the original position will be restored. It will also help in preventing any untoward incident in the area, which may happen by unauthorised constructions and putting unsupported load on the building structure.
It will also deterrent the people who are planning illegal construction in their flats in this area.
Municipal Corporation of Delhi customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
we have applied for Trade Licence in NDMC. Application Number:-522900 on 06/04/2018.
but still no action taken against my application.
