There is encroachment of front side and backside of the houses by residents of new rajinder nagar causing narrowing of roads and elimination of backlanes and gali. It has made pedestrian difficult to find lanes inside the community and shortage of parking space. Kindly do needful and create open spaces which are our right. Please free us from illegal encroachment by residents in residing areas

This is to bring to your notice that the sewer line of the block a5b (Gate no.6), paschim vihar from behind the flat nos. 212 to 230 is blocked and almost chocked. After repeated complaints to mcd sewer department, behind jwala heri, paschim vihar, a machine was sent, after manual cleaning was found ineffective, to clear the chock but without much improvement. The water level did come down a bit but now it is again chocking creating inconvenience to the residents of this block. Dirty water is over flowing with the possibility of spreading an epidemic.

It is therefore requested to clear the sewer line at the earliest for the convenience of the residents and preventing spreading of an epidemic. The following persons may be contacted on cleaning of the sever line.

This is second time i am lodging complaint i am fed with our society maintenance work. Everywhere pipe are broken and huge quantity of water is going waste. Even some residents are not getting water, and polluted water is coming through pipe. Due to this water flow we are facing mosquito issues also. Even mcd malaria deptt staff is coming to ask money from our society. Due to this many diseases like malaria are widely spreading among residents of our area. Especially children were much affected due to these diseases. Garbage dumps in our society behind each and every building which is facing to temple.
I am retired from govt. Service, i am member of this society, it my responsibility to take care of water supply in this society. Several pipes are broken, even drainage pipe has leakage in many buildings. Other members are not allowing me to do repair work from society’s cash.

Once again i request you to look into matter

I stay at 686 sector 8 and near by flats are equally affected i would request a fumification around. The area to get this issue resolved asap

This is to bring in notice to municipal corporation department that our street road is totally broken. And it has been one and half month almost.. We are facing a lot of problems such as slippering, parking vehicles etc... It has became a major probem of our day to day life. There are kids & old aged people as well and it is really difficult for them to walk on this road
. It is a humble request to municipality to get the road done as soon as possible. Hoping for the immediate action. Thank you

Dear mcd team,

This is to notify you that in our area k v apartment, rzf763/38a, near nr public school, raj nagar part2, palam colony, new delhi, garbage pick up is not happening and neither the vechile, who comes for garbage pick is visiting on daily basis. Due to which the residents are facing problem of disposing the garbage and we have sometime rely on some rowdy people who has their monopoly in that area, if if give them money which is rs 100 per flat they would collect garbage. That is also fine but the guys coming 10 day out of 30 days, which is creative problem for us. Addition to this the guy who comes for garbage pick are not at all safe to enter the building premises as he is under the influence of marijuana or some drugs. Please look into it on priority basis as our safety and hygiene is on stake due to this issue.

There is so many problem related the sewage will be arise and no reform will take place here in front of my house there is so many cement soil are flow by this our sewage will filled with them and my mom will also face this prblem

Unauthorised construction of stairs in front of the house no. 144, G-26, Rohini sec-3, Delhi which is creating lot of hindrance for the neighbours. If someone has to reach to there house even walking then these stairs fall in between and it even a bad look of the houses that touches this house. A handpump is also created in front of the house which is again a problem for people living around.

There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. Their is a dog in my area of creamy colour who bite almost 20-25 people in a month especially in b - block near vanshika clinic. Earlier some dog catcher came and take this dog away but after few dogs this dog came back to this area. Taking step out of the is become nightmare fpr us. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

House no: 76 basement, sant nagar east of kailash, 110065, new delhi is operating illegal private limited company in basement, which they have applied puerly as house, the electric connectin opted is for personal use but they are operating it as there business office and even registered office with the name of nox creative gifts pvt. Ltd. Residents are fed up with the commercial vehicles constantly coming and blocking the way. Please put a hold on this illegal work.

This is to inform you that people in our village had made unauthorized speed breakers on the road which is creating accident and passerby are facing issues because they can not maintain there balance and every vehicle touches the breaker and damage the vehicle. They don't give slope to these breakers. Due to which ladies sitting on two wheelers falls down and get injuries. Please visit jhatikra road from pandwala khurd to pandwala kalan in front of rao convent school, mr. Sube singh himself constructing two breakers and every two wheeler and four wheeler touches the breakers and get parts damaged. Same condition is also facing in village pandwala kalan when we enter from panchayat ghar, mr harender bhardwaj s/o mr ram jevan made breaker in front of his house than we move 20 mtrs only there is another breaker which is made by mr. Prithi son who is retired from army. So many ladies falls form two wheeler there and if any body says to break these breakers than they shows there hand powers.

I would request you to take this action immediately.

968 kichha pati ram is an encestral property and illegally registered by your official for bribe. Now it is sold by taking earnest money this sale shouldn’t go through or registered as it is encestral as one sister of ap bansal is also share holder and her two kids who are major now it is common practice in that area by mcd official to except bribe and register the same similarly in the registry office if you fail to take action i will go to cvc for this mal practice or to the commissioner mcd so i request you to stop this i have heard the construction is banned in this locality kindly take stern action and see in future that a notice should be sent or put to bann on its sale

I am resident of nehru vihar, c block 225/226.., new delhi... Sir i want to draw your kind attention towards street dogs menace.in my road. Once can always see 7-8 dog any time.. They make our life miserable, we couldnt able to move out during night as well as early morning... These dogs simply jump on you, once they find alone. Children, kids and old are getting fear to move out...

You are requested to catch these street dogs and save us from dogs menace...

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of shastri nagar area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on th road at a - 243 shastri nagar, delhi -110052, the owner has not covered the construction site with safety barriers and because of this denying safety norms our car had damaged due to fall of wall. The owner is showing her power and give threats to us "that he know every employee of mcd department to handle any complaint".

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

We have a lebrador and when the gates open sometimes pitbull and our dog meet and when they meet dangerous fight begins infact this is always one sided fight our dog doesnt do anything, pitbull dont leave our dogs skin and he always start bleeding and this happens in seconds we beat pitbull very hard with steel rod and woodstick but he was notvready to leave our dog please di something regarding this issue

I am writing this complaint with utmost regert that the street dogs in my area hvmave create immense trouble for the people around. There are four dogs and as per me they are not sane. They have bitten so many people passing by and starts barking any time, even without any person saying any thing to them. These dogs are dangerous and have made our regular ussage of the street just next to impossible. I request you to please clear them off the street. There are small kids, old aged people who are the most affected. They can't even do much. These dogs are big trouble and need to be removed immediately. I hope you will understand this situation and will take action immediately.

I krishan kumar resident of h. No.82 a near mandir ishwar colony bawana delhi 110039 draw your kind attention towards monkey menance in our locality. There are al least 20 to 30 monkeys which attack childrens, destroy clothes and food articles and some time cause accident in our locality. So for the security and safety of our children and residents i request you to transfer the monkeys from residential area to their native environment which is good for both.

There was an illegal construction on dda plot which was demolished and a wall was erected. However, the wall is being broken brick by brick and an wide entrance has been created which facilitates entry for families who have started staying illegally on this land. They have set up their business of kabadi & kept animals & birds for slaughter. Just outside, every evening, a fish seller sits outside the meat shop and sells fish. No one objects but it is a nuisance for people who are living in the vicinity of meat shop being run from residential area. The families are flourishing and increasing in number and dda land with a board of no encroachment allowed has not served as deterrent.
Please take an urgent action & remove all encroachments from dda land and build the boundry wall which has been demolished to run kabadi business from the premises.
This is being done by owners of standard meat shop in connivance of local mcd & police which has been completely ignored by local authorities.

My name is parijat. I reside in indira vihar, gtb nagar. There is this stray dog which has been harassing us and every colony member. He has got very very aggressive. He tries to bite us, and he follows us back home and doesn't let us enter our home. We have to literally beat him up and scare him to go. Every morning when we wake up there is all garbage outside our place. He keeps creating this kind of nuisance we are very scared of him. Please help us
