This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of radhika appartment lig flat pocket-1 dwarka sector 14 area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on the society at flat no 240, the owner has covered appx. 8ft x 10ft area. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the society and creating lots of noise pollution to the residents.
I had requested to owner and constructor to stop the unauthorized construction but all such request have fallen to deaf ears.
It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.
For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days before on this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.
It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

There are 3 stray dogs in this area which is attacking people from past 12 months. We have already made multiple complaints regarding the same. But no use. No authorities have visited here and taken any action the same. Dogs are biting the people who are just walking by. Kindly ensure that you arrange to send a dog squad to catch these dogs and take them away and give an end to the menace in the area. Please ensure that it is resolved immediately, else we may have to escalate the matter further.

Issue of road encroachment residents of s block, near mcd school, west patel nagar new delhi no proper drainage facility in this street, hence children and people in our street are facing various health problems because of illegal horse shed on road, some anti social element encroachment on the road they also encroach on mcd park for their private cradle cattle ducks. Foul smell arises from it and it is a place for mosquitoes to breed. People & children are often affected by dengue, malaria, etc. Please pay attention to our request and refer to concerned department

Address 49/25, east patel nagar, back side. People who stays on the ground floor and upper ground have installed 3 water tanks on the road and that to back side of building. They are doing illegal construction from very long time.. Because of these 3 water tanks on road building looks cheap and we staying on 1 st floor unable to see outside environment. I savneet batra request you to take action against them as soon as possible because i came to know they are planning to install 2 more tanks in coming few days.

Dda flats in paschim vihar gh-8, is undergoing many constructions which is totally illegal and without proper base and strength. Need immediate intervention as the accused ones are erecting it on war footing basis. Those who have purchased recently are in a hurry to build and extend rooms as soon as possible by floating all the rules and permissions. Thanks

Due to sever being blocked the entire basement of jb13 is clogged with water leading to danger of people being infected by dengue n other diseases.. Appreciate a quick action for the same the water outlet is chocked hence the water is getting into the houses making the smell n stink unbearable.. Have filed numerous complains but of no avail hence request an urgency to solve the issue

I am residing in mahavir enclave part i delhi-45. I have the concern about the pathetic condition of street roads in the area. Delhi govt. Is getting the streets cemented by incurring huge budget every now and then. But the uncivilized people of delhi are getting these cemented streets drilled for carrying out repair of their sewage/water connection and then leaving the drilled portion un-cemented which results in potholes, dust and water-logging in almost all the streets. All such people are doing it at their will and no penal action is taken against them by the mcd. I wanted to seek the information regarding the penal action taken by mcd for all such illegal actions of people. But to my surprise, all the 3 sites of mcd (North, south and east) are shown suspended due to software upgrade. There is no one to answer that for how long this updation of software is going and when it is going to last. Please help me in getting the data regarding the challans issued by mcd and revenue collected by mcd in the last 05 years on account of illegal drilling of streets by the residents of mahavir enclave part i, new delhi-45.

Sir,
This is to inform you that we are facing overflowing drainage problem in our area. We went to the mcd office in mahipalpur and launched complaint but no action was taken on the regarding matter. The drains are blocked and the bulk of water is entering in homes. We are facing bulk of problems because of this. Kindly take an appropriate and rapid action on regarding matter.

This is a usual scenario wherein in residents have started illegal possession for govt land for parking by tying chains with the poles. As per my knowledge govt doesn't authorise anyone to do so. M-a-1 hari nagar, behind of new era public school, new delhi - 110064. On saying anything people start arguing and giving life threats.
I am also attached picture, how he covered the area.

This is to bring into your notice that "m-a-1 hari nagar, behind of new era public school, new delhi - 110064" illegal building on street.

Is this the way law and order work in india. Hoping to get it resolved soon.

I stay at dda flats, kalkaji and the whole society is dealing with the problem of street dogs. There are nearly 10-15 street dogs which are grown up and are very aggressive. They make the place dirty and risky for our kids to go out.
The dirt made by these dogs is outside houses making it difficult to step out. However, the mcd sweepers who come for half of the week clean the place but it is everyday story. The place again gets dirty by these dogs.
Please help solving the problem by taking these dogs to their better shelter away from the city.

I live in vasant kunj d6 apartments - saraswati, narmada and the whole society is dealing with the problem of street dogs within the compound of the society. There are nearly 30-40 street dogs which are grown up and are very aggressive. They have been breeding and their number is constantly increasing. Rwa has failed to deal with the issue for nearly 2 years now and we have made several complaints to the president of rwa. The situation is going out of hands and already 5 people have been bitten by dogs. At night after 9pm dogs jump and bark on anyone passing in the society. After midnight and early morning all the dogs in the society start barking for a long period of time. Few months back dog catcher came but they were unable to catch even a single dog.
Solution - please ask ngo's or create a team of people to help us sort this issue and help us get rid of the dogs in the society. We can create a dog feeding area outside the society and not let the dogs come back inside. Or we can add sedative to dog food and then get the dogs out safely.
Please help us on this out of hand situation.

Here :
1. Too much garbage in the street.
2. Sewer overflow in every 10 - 15 days due to choked "maida" in it, and a lot of stinky smell out there with collected water which may lead to various diseases.
3. No cleanliness at all.

Hello, this complaint is to let you know about the employees of mcd, (Madangir dda flats gali no 21.. They are not doing theri work at all.. Its been 3 months now no oneis taking action against them.. On duty wo yaha baithke daru pite hai, gali galauch karte hai, battamizi krte hai.... Park ki saaf safai bilkul maintain nai krte, or saaf safai ke liye humse hi paise mangte hai jiske liye government unko phle hi salary de rahi hai..

Bring to ur attention that there is a sewer cleaning done at back lane of my house in the last week of october. The waste material taken out from the sewer is lying in open.

Kindly get it clean as soon as possible as it is causing foul smell and health hazard.

This is to inform you that the illegal shop has open at maharani bagh bus stand and the are selling a gutkha, pan masala, and filling a darty in near area one koisk is not open due to there. There are so many dirty environment on near by area so i request you to close this un authorised shop immediately.
Please try to close this otherwise the place of bus stand not clear.

Sir, i am resident of om gali no.7 arjun mohalla maujpur delhi - 110053.in our street drainage block by some residential persons by concrete garbage. By virtue of which rain water overflow problem create. So i kindly request to you that open the drainage system properly because the government has invested much amount of rupees to making this drainage system. Hence it is humble request to u to look into matter and resolve the problem as early as possible.

I put up in state bank nagar, paschim vihar.
There’s a huge problem of street dogs here.
At night these dogs start barking and we cannot sleep at night due to this sound. And no one is taking any initiative on this.
We are working class and if we won’t sleep at night then how can we go to office for work on time.
Please look into this at urgent basis.

I am resident of RZ-D-90, GALI NO-3, near Yamaha show room, Mahaveer enclave, new Delhi-45. We live in three story apartment here but the builder is making illegal construction as fourth floor which is illegal and while opposing he is giving death threat to everyone. He almost build 4th floor and selling houses to people, some of the houses is sold more than one customers as well. Now he is trying to build shops on ground floor which is ours and due to fear no body is complaining.

Building is not good enough to take such load as this is getting weaker and more load can lead to some very bad accident which will lead to death of many people.

Please look in to the matter before it's too late.

There are 6 stray dogs in our campus. Our neighbours Mrs Leela Stela, Mr Pradeep Lawrance, Mr Rajesh Nayyar feeds these dogs everyday so that they can give them free security.Hence they don't let these dogs being taken away by MCD Squad.
I work with an MNC and my company provides office cab with a guard to escort me till my house. Four times these guards who escort me till my house have been bitten by these dogs and has to be treated for rabies. However it does not effect my above mentioned neighbours and they continue to feed them and they don't want these to go away as they provide them security to their houses but at the cost of others
