Juice shops opened just opposite to data Gurudwara has been illegally incroched the public path. Creats grate difficulty to residents residing in that Street. Create not only inconvenience but several other difficulties are also arises. Health issues due to untidy and unhiginik surrounding kept by them. This is the second time I am complaint. Do take action.

Enroachement done on full footpath and there is no space to walk. Even their employees work on road. Accidents happen as people dnt get space to park car and traffic is also affected.

Have complained many times but no action taken ever.

Request you to please look into this matter.

Transform gym in kailash colony, new delhi was shut on 1st september by the mcd and the customers were not informed about anything. We were told that it is shut due to some technical difficulty. No one at the management level of the gym now answers phone calls, our prepaid membership money has not been returned and we'd request you to find a solution.

They kept telling us that the gym will reopen in 10 working days/14 working days and now there is no answer. This is a fraudulent technique and the gym has around 450 member who haven't been refunded.

Before sealing these establishments, don't you think it's the responsibility of your department that the uninformed members are made aware of the ongoing cases. Why can't you ensure that the money is returned to members and then seal the establishment. Where are we supposed to go now? Please help us get refunds.

Dear sir/ma'am

I am writing this communication with the intention to save general public from being bitten by street dogs in street no-14, balbir nagar extn, shahdara, delhi -110032. It happened to me yesterday evening while walking around my house a group of 8-10 street dogs were there one dog started barking at me without provocation ran after me intentionally to bit me. I was running along the busy road to escape myself from the dog without keeping in mind that it was a busy road. Fortunately, at that point of time, just for one minute, there was no vehicle crossing on the road, so i luckily not only escaped from the dog but also from the possible fatale accident which could have happened because of vehicles passing through the road. I was disturbed mentally for a while after i escaped from the dog and possible road accident. One the other hand they keep our nights hell by barking on each other whole night. The amount of litter they done are unimaginable and unbearable.

I hereby very humbly request the concerned persons /officers in the department to capture the street dogs and save the general public before making it harm to public more.

I hope my complaint will be entertained by the concerned staffs purely on the basis of public interest and on priority.

Unauthorised construction at flat i south patel nagar market new delhi 110008 how's the un authorised construction is going on at residential area where only 1 floor is allowed and only 70% coverage and 3 floors are already constructed and preparation of 4 th floor is going on with 100% coverage and just next to metro and hieght of building is touching metro and its a big threat to metro also.. So kindly take action as soon as possible as i m going to file a case in court of law very soon also.. So better to take appropriate action

It is to bring your kind attention in this matter i am sachin gupta s/o sh. Anand gupta r/o 53/1235 d. D. A. Flats kalkaji new delhi on dated 24/10/2017 mcd demolition department come to my house for demolition without giving any prior notice and not given any information regarding demolition. On that day i was in the aiims hospital due to the condition of my father was serious he is a parlays patient and my door was locked from outside. I was surprised and shocked to know from neighbors that mcd official along with a teem of labor approach to my house they broke the wall and entered inside my house and demolished and some object from my house are missing 45000 rs, a lpg gas cylinder, and a suitcase contain some garments and articles. I lived on the ground floor along with my family since 20 year and mcd broke all the wall of ground floor and on the upper part of this ground floor some families are residing and their life in danger because wall of ground floor wall demolished by mcd if any miss happening would happen in future who will be responsible for that kindly still unauthorized construction are going on in this area by the collusion of mcd officials. So, therefore i request you to kindly please do the needful and concrete action in this matter against mcd officials. I hope that action would be taken against these officials and relief me.

This is to bring yo your notice that we are resident of chhatarpur extension, a 1 block, birla farms property no 76d and 76e. This is a builder floor by the name of ad infra height builders (P) ltd.
We have to lag a complaint against illegal construction going on in the parking area of the building (Which is common) the builder is counstructing 1bhk flat in the parking without any noc from flat buyers.
The parking area is alloted to 12 flats but after construction only 6-7 car can be parked inside. This is common area which is alloted to flat buyers for parking at the time of selling property. But now the builder is doing construction there.
Our second issue is builder also counstructed 4 floor (Ground floor, upper ground floor, 1, 2, 3, 4 floor) on the top of the terrace which was common while selling the property but now the builder is saying that he have the terrace rights. He constructed two 2 bhk flats on the terrace but from behind so that nobody can see it from front. Which is almost 70% of the area.
Now when we are asking him to stop construction he is threatning us that he will cut the power and water supply to the building as well he will not give us our property paper which is with him right now.
And when we said we will complain against him in mcd he said he already handeled them with some payment and now nobody is going to visit or take any action against him.

So it’s a request from all the buyer of building to please take some action as soon as possible to stop the illegal construction.

The motive behind to do this pooja was to earn money from public.
These above mentioned people had earned thousands of rupees from public.
And actually this property is belonging to lakshmi narayan mandir sec-6 r. K puram n. D 22 without taking permission from lakshmi narayan mandir authority they have done this pooja.
Now the condition is that pooja dust has been spread in the premises of lakshmi narayan mandir. Mosquitoes have been developing there.
Also note some slum people like kabaddi & oths people parking there cycle rickshaw at mandir premises.
So i therefore request you to penalise above mentioned people and clean the dust which has been spread all over in mandir premises and remove also unauthorized cycle rickshaw.

Hello madam/sir,

I want to inform you that there are heavy transportation vehicle entering into unauthorized area (Pushpanjali farm house d-26), also they overruled the procedure of ldra by constructing a building in their farm house and using to rent out those buildings.
Also they have started a public school (Pushpanjali public school) so no one can file any charges against them, i am not against to run the school for the kids, but these kind of illegal activities should not to take place in the capital of india (New delhi).

I also want to mention that owner of d-26 farm house (Pushpanjali farm house - 110061) running illegal business with the support of some political people who are directly involved in terms of running these illegal business in green belt area.

Please consider my request to demolished all these illegal buildings in pushpanjali farm house to make the area clean and noise pollution free.

I hope the central government and government of delhi would take some serious action about my complaint.

And due to that many people of my famliy suffer from diseases. And citizen not able to walk on road. So pls come as possible as. This sewer is near madhu vihr market so. Those person who come for shopping have suffer many problem. Like bad odour. Due to that work of market goes down.

For more than a two week now, we have been living in the midst of filth, surrounded by sewage because of neighbor sewage pipe sewage pipe blocked and overflow on the road in gali number : 6a, zakir nagar new delhi
The overflowing sewerage has also contaminated the drinking water also. The whole gali have directly affected by this has become horrible to live in because the bad smell coming from the sewage water flowing on the road.
I would like to request you to take action on this asap. We have forward application to local mla also but no action taken by his office.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a resident of Paschim Vihar B-1 Block, New Delhi-110063. From the last 2-3 years, I noticed that the builders, who are engaged in the construction of residential buildings on plots having area 100-200 sq.yds specially from Plot no-121-132, are projecting the rear balconies of new constructions in the SERVICE LANE up to the full width of the plot on each floor, which causes improper ventilation and poor lighting to the neighbors from the back of the house. I request you to stop this unauthorized construction on the government land immediately.

More so, the builders stack their unserviceable material in the service lane which causes the accumulation of foul water thereby developing mosquitoes of malaria or dengue. Despite so many request and reminders, they do not listen to our voice. Please look into the matter personally and do the needful.

There are lot of stray dogs which troubles the locals. They even keep barking through out the night resulting in lack of sleep to us.( Also for student).it is becoming very difficult for students to study at night. Children can't Cross street,
