As residents of emerald heights, near pocharam infosys, we are facing issue with condition of road connecting from ntpc power grid road to emerald heights, it is in very worst condition with lots potholes very difficult travel during nights. We have approached local sarpach, they said the road fall under three grampanchayat, ghanapur, pocharam and vkpuram, which is of no use. Nobody is taking the action. Can you please redirect to the concern authority? In premised most of residents are infosys/genpact employees, we don't have proper lighting through the road half of the ligts don't work.

I am syed ejaz hussain, resident of 22-2-736, 2nd floor, beside quli qutub shah office, noorkhan bazar, hyderabad 500024, i would like to inform you that here is no proper collection of garbage daily from my house... The women who collects the garbage is very rude and she comes once in a 4 to 5 days. Even though she is charging rs 100/- in a month but she is not regular.in these 4 to 5 days there is very bad smell and effecting health condition of our building people. So i request you to provide proper facility in collecting the garbage everyday as it's rainy season, we facing many health problems... Kindly do the needful.

There are a lot of stray dogs in tstransco, vidyut soudha, khairatabad. It ir requested to catch the dogs and do the needful. The office premises is working from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Also i came to know about led bulbs installed in neighborhood colony street light. Please install led bulbs in this colony as well to avoid frequently raising such problem.

It's about Three weeks, Street light is not working, People around facing lot of problem in the rainy nights to pass the street, specially small children facing very tough problem .Please address this problem ASAP.

Also I came to know about LED bulbs installed in neighborhood colony street light. Please install LED bulbs in this colony as well to avoid frequently raising such problem.

There are around 15 dogs in street no 13, Tilak nagar, New nallakunta, Hyderabad, Pin code 500 044. They are terrifying person who walks in street in early morning.
Please send the dog van and stray dogs catchers.

Sir, i wisring to bring to your kind notice that, i am the resident of shramik nagar, moulali, (42-260/1/2). From past one month there has been severe increase in the number of street dogs, causing much worry for all the residents of our locality. Our house is located at the foot of the moulali hill. The whole day these dogs chase people and create fear amongst the people. We are spending sleepless nights as these dogs moveon to the hill and shout and cry nonstop the whole night. We have a patient aty home who has undergone bypasssurgery recently and is unable to sleep because of this stray dog problem. I request you to look into the problem urgently and provide us relief. Hope you will do the needful at the earliest. Thank you.

Dear sir,

Request to check the pics which has been attached where the pictures are taken near main gate of st. Andrews school – bowenpally. A large hole which is wide and long has been dug up near the land of 150 acres and we don’t know whether any private / government owns the land and daily one fellow or the other comes and digs the place. The school strength is 5000 and daily 5000 children, staff, parents and the school vehicles pass through this dangerous hole and we need someone to take action before any mishap happens.

Request to publish the article so the concerned people may take action and cover the holes which has been dug up. The holes will be covered with water due to rains and i don’t want anything to happen to those children.

On saturday afternoon, the road exactly in front of the hose has been digged without any information and left for nothing. We thought it would be covered by night. We have to start our offices from monday, there is no way to take our vehicles out. Please get it fixed as soon as possible.
It has happened uncountable number of times that they keep on digging the toads here and take their own sweet time to finish up the work. It keeps in raining and water gets clogged in those pits.
Even in saturday they did not bother about how residents will commute if they do it at that time without informing anyone, and now no one is seen to evn continue the work or to close it.
When you are least bothered about the comfort of the citizens for whom you are doing it, what's the point even doing it?

Street lights in our lane are not glowing for the last 4 days. I am unable to register my complaint to phone no. 155304 i. E complaint number of g h m c.
I have already registered this complaint in this web sight. But it does appear that the same has been received by you.
There are three street lights in our lane. One switch is provided for the three street light. It appears that the switch is damaged. Recently the lights are replaced by led bulbs. The lane has become very dark during nights. Therefore i request you to take interest and see that the lights glow at the earliest.
