in the buruguchetty bazar Secunderabad 500003, loacality, lane opposit santosh sweet house, near mosque, street light is not working since last 15 days. complaint lodged over phone is of no use. complaint lodged over GHMC official site also. still light on the pole not restored. kindly look in to the matter and resolve the issue, since locality people are facing hard shipduring night time.

Hi Sir

This is regarding date of birth correction in my son's birth certificate. My son was born on Aug-17-2013, due to non availability in Hyderabad, I could not apply for certificate then. In 2016 Nov, I have applied for enquiry for birth related document in Municipal office and after couple of visits, there I found that Hospital has submitted records with wrong details which includes Date of Birth ( submitted with wrong date as 19-Aug-2013) and spelling mistakes in mine and wife names. and enquired how it can be corrected by asking inbirth section of same municipal office.

In December I have applied for correction with proper document from Hospital stating with correct DOB and when I went for collecting new certificate the same people who has told me the procedure for date correction now they are refusing to correct it and moreover they it can be corrected and also refusing to tell me what is the other step I need to do for date correction.

Take this request as inquiry of Birth date correction or sort of compliant.

I Biharilala Yadav submit the l&t employees has dug a hole for laying the pillar for the metro rail in month of June 2016 and during the process of the said digging the aforesaid drainage pipe water pipe & drainage main hole in front of our said premises has been damaged resulting in the leakage of water and drainage line has been stopped.

Here there are around 20-25 Street Dogs at our Colony, which are disturbing us day and night and especially in the night hours from 12:00 to morning, they are disturbing a lot, which our colony residents are not able to sleep. The lane beside Jawahar School near RTC X Roads has many stray dogs, . These dogs are creating a lot of problem . They do not allow people to walk around especially at night the pack of dogs chase every car and bike which passes by.

They are around 10-15 dogs in that lane and the surrounding lanes,
Please tackle the menace and help the residents .

My name is prashant karamadi. I have applied for computerised home document past one month back only still I'm unable get that. Please contact that Panchayat PDO help me to get that. The irregular Working of staff . If we want to contact any Panchayat staff we have wait for 2 hours daily. There is no proper procedure in our village.

I live in H.I.G, B.H.E.L township, R.C puram. I have seen multiple times, small kids under 12 years of age, coming up to pick up the garbage. They keep spilling the garbage here and there and they keep asking money always. It would be good if their parents/relatives, whoever has been appointed for that work, do their job, instead of sending their kids.

There is a Vendor selling Sweet Corn with masala, butter, etc., in the popcorn area of the Cinepolis in Manjeera Mall, KPHB Colony, Hyderabad.

The Vendor does not give bill but charges as follows:

Rs. 130 for a large cup
Rs. 25 towards service charge/taxes
Rs. 155/- in total for a large cup

The counters beside decline to take money give receipt for buying the sweet corn and this Vendor deals with hard cash and does not bill.

The problem come up when my wife took a large cup and ate it. The masala used for making this cup seem to have been the expired one and it resulted in serious throat infection coupled with aggravation of tonsils.

I have no bill to prove the consumption of sweet corn nor do I have any other proof. It shall be made mandatory that each food stall selling any kind of food to the Public shall be inspected by the Prevent of Food Adulteration Officer and a sticker be pasted indicated last inspected date. The periodicity of Inspection can be any time in the year and any number of times.

Human life has got less value in India as we as Indians do not do the needful.

We are facing severe problem with street dogs. Yesterday 4 dogs surrounded a little boy age of 5 years and bite him.After 30 minutes they wounded another young boy aged 15 years.People are fear to come out for their needs. Please take necessary action to take away these frustrated dogs to out skirts.

We have too many street Dogs in Ravinder nagar Colony Road Street no. 8 Habsiguda Hyderabad.

Location details land mark coming from Habsiguda side into street no.8 1Kms reach Andhra Bank on the Right side. After Andhra Bank 1st right you have a road going to Ravinder nagar colony On this road you have 6 lanes on the right side All filled with street Dogs and there litter . Dogs are too aggressive and intelligent. Please send trained personnel. They climb walls and go into other lanes too.

The same street can be reached from Ramantapur Side on street no. 8 after comming 1 Km into street no.8 you find ISI Indian statistical Institute After ISI first left

The MCH sweepers have dumped garbage at the corner of the street for the last 3 months. This has not become a dumping ground and despite repeated requests refuse to pick up the garbage. As a matter of fact everyday from 9am to 2pm they sleep in the street but refuse to clean the place. They also pickup bottles and paper like rag pickers but will not clear up the garbage they have dumped on the street.

We need some urgent intervention here.

We are facing a dangerous situation here due to these street dogs (Opposite galli of bombay wala shop.). Pleas note that there are 10 to 12 street dogs creating nuisance in the colony and also attacking the passover and bike riders in the colony at the night time. It has become difficult to go out of house. Can you please send the dog catchers to get rid of these dogs.

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs in our area specifically in the road no 1 and 2. They are wild and chasing the people and vehicles at times (Especially in the night time). Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

We, the residents, staying near BHARATHI SERVICE STATION would like to bring to your kind notice that, we are facing the following
Problems due to this service station being operated in our residential area;

In a residential layout having 20 feet road where there is no provision to turn the vehicles, they are servicing huge vehicles like dipper lorries,
Petroleum tankers, sheep vans, ambulances, sewage vehicles, JCB etc. [enclosing h/w few photos for your reference]

On 1.3.15, while taking the dipper lorry reverse, it came and dashed our house and damaged the compound, stairs and wall. In this regard
we have lodged a complaint in Avalahalli Police station.

There is lot of air pollution due to the chemicals/ diesel which is being sprayed to the vehicle.
The dirty water used for washing the vehicles fall on our house and on the persons moving in front of the service station
When there is no power, they will switch on the outdated generator – which creates huge noise.
There is lot of noise being created by the hydraulic jack when the pressure is released, while greasing the vehicles, while taking the vehicles
towards the ramp and while starting the vehicle.
There is no proper drainage system for the water used for washing and all the dirty stagnant water.
The entire road is used for vehicle parking heavy vehicles [before washing and after washing to wipe the vehicles], which blocks our movement
and creates a lot of disturbances for us and for our tenants especially ladies and children.
We are finding it very difficult to move on the road since the drivers will be sitting /standing near the service station. We are afraid of the safety
of children, ladies and family members who pass in front of the service station daily.
Even though, the residents in this area have spent huge money and constructed our houses, the tenants are not willing to stay and are vacating the houses due to
the above disturbances caused by the service station.
The children’s health and studies are getting affected due to the above disturbances of the service station.
We have already given complaint to Avalahalli Police Station, Bidaralli Panchayat office, Krishnarajapuram Taluk Office and Pollution control
board. But till date there is no improvement in the situation.
The Panchayat office is saying we need to contact Police and Police is saying we need to contact Panchayat office since they have given license
to operate this service station in a residential area.
Pollution control board is has also sent final notice dated 17.11.16 to the service station owner, but there is no improvement in the situation
We request you to please look into this matter since we are suffering from past 6 to 7 years due to this service station and help the residents to lead a peaceful life.

My self Mohd Sharif G Shaikh. I have complaint to our main chief of katasa panchayat, the name of chief Mr. Ramesh kumar. for complaint regarding our ration card, to the chief of katasa, we have ten person in one family members. But we have provide only four ration card to our family members, from chief of katasa panchayat. We have given complain about this ration card, but katasa panchayat is not listening, the chief of katasa panchayat saying, I don't know about your ration card, and ration card, I have received, the card I have gave you. Now what is the reason. please take the action about this matter or problem. Kindly solve this problem.

Nearly 20 to 30 stray dogs in our street is not allowing the street people to walk or sleep freely because of its continuous fights, and loud cries during nights.

We are very afraid to walk out as they stare at the people walking by.

Please try to resolve our issue as early as possible. We also have kids where they cannot even come out of the apartment.
