I A CITIZEN RESIDENT OF H.NO.12-2-39 MURAD NAGAR HYDERABAD my neighbor h.no.12-2-38 constructing vide ghmc permt no 42340/HO/CZ/Cir-7/2015 dated 03-jun-2015.the owner took permission stilt+5 floors from the road level, I wonder how SIX floors can be raised within 14.75 MTS.SANCTIONED PLAN HEIGHT.THE SETBACKS AS PER sanctioned plan about three Mts.fo three sides but not left even ONE meter.The total build up area is 897.69 sq.mts.But on site it is more than double.there are eight small houses around it, those small house owners given written complaint to GHMC Zonal authorities but of no action taken.I as affected neighbor lodged on line complaint three times vide grievance no 2015-09-w190118, dated[protected], grievance no 2015-09-wi95747, dated[protected], grievance no 2015-11-w212065 dated[protected].I also personally gave written complaint to COMMISSIONER GHMC and CIRCLE-7 TOWN PLANNING.Unfortunately the construction is going on unabated, The CIRCLE-7.TOWN PLANNING AUTHORITIES NOT INITIATED ANY ACTION TILL DATE FOR THE REASONS BEST KNOWN TO THEMSELVES. THE CONSTRUCTION IS NUISANCE TO NEIGHBORS even apartment owners sweep also it will fall on neighbors houses, I feel this construction is a classic example how the building permission norms thrown to winds, IN fact the building is 18.Mts. height but Town planning authorities cleverly sanctioned for 14.75.Mts. I AS NEIGHBOR AS OWNER OF LESS THAN 100 .sq.Mts. house APPEAL concerned AUTHORITIES INITIATE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO SAVE ME FROM THIS NUISANCE, AND ALSO PROSPECTIVE APARTMENT OWNERS HARDSHIPS.AND ORDERLY GROWTH OF CITY .
