Sub :drainage complaint

Hi sir, am john h no-1-6-37/2/1/4 from west venkatapuram, alwal (Hyderabad),
Sir i would like to inform you that in my area frequently drainages are blocking, and last two days on words our street is facing drainage flow problem. Am given complaint in that same day but still no responce,

Lat two days back am given complaint to mr arun ae, and maheshwar de, but they are not responding properly, so can u respond my message,

I sincerely request to take the matter as urgent and please finished it on war foot.
