Hello! There is construction with heavy drilling machines going on all night long since many nights near Miyapur 'X' Road, on Bollaram Road, opposite D Mart/Chaitanya, adjacent to Naren Estates, BDL Colony, Rangapuram (Hyderabad 500 049). It is a residential area, and so many people are unable to sleep. People with heart problems also are unable to sleep. How can the municipality allow this noise pollution at night?
