Dear sir

This is roopkumar from SIVANARAYA puram, badangpet, hereby giving you the complaint on neighbor named Subbarao on his rude response,
When we ask him to control his barking dogs causing day and night, in our locality all o[censored]s having nearby houses just compound 3to 4feet separator
We have no other issue with neighbor except this, we politically remind on this barking dogs issue so many times but no use.
We are spending sleepless nights, causing trouble in attending job next day in the morning, more over my mother is disabled 75years diabetic patient, effecting her sleep, increase her BP, due to neighbour's barking dogs with/without reasons, neighbors not at all controling his dogs (3nos)
In night others street dogs joining the dogs in their house premises making terrible barking
