Sir, I am mother of 8 months old baby. I am really horrified and vexed with these stray dogs.. their fierceful fights and attacks. My daughter cries out loudly awaking in the middle of her sleep frightened by the sounds of these dogs. At nights, this is even more terror filled..more fearful. Not just to the children in our street even to the adults these dogs have become a terror.
