I want to complain for dogs in my area. They bite. Because of them we are unable to walk on road. There are 3-4dogs. Send someone on urgent basis who can catch them. From the last 1 year we are getting this problem. So many neighbours raised this problem but didn't find any solution. There are many children in my lane but nobody come out to play because of these dogs....
