Sir, I am a resident of Balaji Tower-III, Behind EHCC Hospital, Jawahar Circle, Jagatpura Road, Jaipur. Near to Balaji Tower-III, there is land of Radiant Casa. Construction is running with full speed day and night. The construction is running at night also lot of machines noise is also hearing daily. On the road, building material is lying and little concrete pales are also lying on the road, so daily we are getting puncture in our vehicles. Many times we fell down on the road. Pl. take action and do the needful.

Dear Sir, cleaning of rain water drainage nala are running near swarn path mansarovar, Jaipur. Some shop keepers in sector 22 ( House no 22/1/1 to house No 22/8/2 ) have encroached on nalas and make fully covered the nalas which are fully filled by mud . Please remove encroachment and make sure for cleaning the drainage system.

The overhead electricity wire are going in front of my house .The additional electric wire for the road light which is erected by nagar nigam is very low one can touch it by standing under it, while coming out and coming in of my house its dangerous . Sir, I am submitting objection regarding erection of mobile tower in plot no 575, Surya Nagar, Gopalpura bye pass, Jaipur.(owner Name: Puspa Gupta w/o Murari Lal Gupta) I am owner residing in plot no. 574 Surya Nagar, Gopalpura Bye pass, Jaipur and I share a common wall (9” brick masonry wall "A") with the plot no 575. Plot No 575 was constructed (single story) in year 1995 while I constructed a single story in 1996 and both buildings were loaded on this common wall (574&575). Thereafter, both were constructed upto first floor and again loaded building load on the same wall. I have following objection for above mobile tower: 1. Foundation work (civil) with mechanical tripod for erection of tower was completed before 07.04.2014(B, C). It is very clear that this work has been carried out without permission of competent authority as erection work has already been completed before 07.04.2014 and objection was asked on 19.05.2015.Therefore, this is an illegal construction which was done without your approval. 2. As per norms, tower should be erected only those buildings which were constructed on RCC Column and this building is constructed on masonry wall as mentioned above. 3. This common wall already taken load (G+2 of plot no 574 and 575) and additional load of tower is trying to be loaded on it. Thus, chances of accident are very high. 4. Consent from neighbor is also needed, but as neighbor, I have never given my consent. 5. How can a mobile tower be installed when: (a) This is a densely populated area. (b) “Rajasthan Hospital behind Narayan Niwas, Gopalpura bye pass” is situated in 500mt range from the tower (c) “Public Park-Surya Nagar” is situated in 500mt range from the tower (d) “Tilak Public School-Sudma Kuti Road” and various teaching institution like “Career point, Innovation, Allen, Wisdom etc is situated in 500mt range from the tower Even though, tower installed and accidents occur, I will file my claim against sanction authority also. I humbly request to look into the case and demolish the existing civil work as it poses grave danger the whole neighbourhood. Dear Sir, There is illegal dairy is running by gurjar's in plot No. 4, Anjila Nagar, Jodla Power house, Sikar Road, Harmada. Around 20 to 25 animals are there in the dairy, and discharge their dunk near houses it create harmful diseases and bad smell. The owner of the dairy put all the dunk of the animal in the drain line and drain line is completely blocked by them, you can ponds of dirty water in entire colony, we are doing many complaint against it but there is no action by Nigam Authorities . Please help us by resolving this problem or at least put some Garbage bin and put sewerage line in colony so we can take some breath .

My name is tarun sharma i am living in ramganj bazar ghosiyon ka rasta. There is a very heavy dirt of cows and illegal road reserve due to cow daycare and many accidents results due to them. As i am a student i was going for my examinations today morning so my bike got slipped in cow dung and i got injured and my bike got heavy damaged and i was not able to give my exam properly. The same time a person who is a owner of the cows, he abused me and miss behaves with me. Please take an legal action as soon as possible.

As I am living at mansarover 116/1 feel that no regular pick up action is taken for garbage container and garbage is spreading around the road and houses. Dear sir/madam, We all colony people are getting most trouble due to our neighbours pet cows & other coming loafer cattels. These cattels hurt many times our children & old people. These also damage our vehicles. So plz remove or shift these cows from the colony For our safe & healthy life. Thanks.

Most respectfully myself lokesh soni my residence address 64 i kailash puri ward no 88 amer road jaipur i have jda approved house respected sir in front of my house there is encroachment since long time as per jda approved plan thare is main road is 20 feet large but actually position of road is different we have allready complaint have given against about this encroachment several time in authorised department but still not taken any action against about encroachment becouse of this encroachment always traffic problem in the road hopefully i accept this time from your side you will take ligle action against this encroachment from get ride off this big problem as soon as possible thanks with regard with hope i encloge some photo actual position of the road thanks Lokesh soni

i would like to brimg in to your notice that there is no sever in our area, JDA colony govindpura sanganer . We just want to know that what action government is taking to improve the situation. The roads in colony are not built up, whom should we approach with all these problems that we are going through. I don't know why the MLA's / MP 's are selected if they can't develop the area that they are selected for. Near colony Ganda nala where so many water pump are situated and no one take action against these person who are growing vegetable which is poisionous and cause harm ful diseases like cancer etc Please let me know the person or department where we can log this complaint for the same.

Dear Sir/Madam, Please see the attached picture which clearly speak that food waste as well as plastic articles plates.glasses, disces are being dumped in this open land of Nagar Nigam Jaipur. On 04.05.2015 a function/celebration was held in House No 72/300, Paramhans Marg Near K V No 5, Mansarovar Jaipur. The resident of this house had collected their all waste after the function and dumped in this open land. We are living in front of this open land and all this dumped waste will come inside our houses in the event of high wind. Secondly, this practice is not good as it invites other public to treat this land as a waste yard and ultimately may become the dumping yard that is totally against the "Nature & Environment". We the resident of House No 71/215, 71/214, 71/213 ... had requested to the person carrying this waste to not dump like this, but he had not listen and dumped at two places as shown in the picture. Pl arrange to take appropriate action against the resident of House No 72/300, so that such type of illegal practice to stopped.
