LUCKNOW MUNICIPAL CORPORATION — Maintenance of Park

A public park created by Lucknow Development Authority situated behind Deva Palace Commercial Complex in Viram Khand - 1, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow was handed over to Lucknow Municipal Corporation along with funds for its development.
Local citizens made several requests to Lucknow Mayor for the following:
1) Encroachment over the park made by Deve Palace Commercial Complex in the form of following must be removed:
a. Unauthorised and illegal installation of personal Transformer in the public park,
b. Encroachment over the road between the park and Deva Palace,
c. Park has been made narrowed widening road mentioned in b above,
d. Using park as the toilet of the complex,
e. Using park as the rag place of the complex,
f. Using park as material godown of shop keepers of Deva Palace,
g. Using park as bar by the customers of a Liquor Shop of the complex,
h. Etc.etc.
2) All entries points in the park from Deva Palace side are unauthorized and illegal. These must be checked and closed permanently drawing tall wall.
3) As the road height has been raised over 1 foot, boundary wall from complex side looks very small and cannot stop even a child to cross that easily. This boundary wall must be raised to 9 feet height to avoid nuisance from commercial complex side.
4) No plantations have been made in the park by any local authority. Now local residents have appointed their own gardener. For that purpose irrigation arrangements have not been provided by Nagar Nigam.
5) In many other parts of Gomti Nagar, inter lock tiles have been used to build road side area of the colony. But our area has not been covered up.
6) As on date only two entry gates for the park have been provided. Both of them are from Deva Palace side. It seems that park has been taken over by the complex. Residents have to walk through the complex side to enter into the park. This is why ladies and girls cannot enter the park at all.

After taking out the garbage from the pit, it is laying on road since 5 days, and smelling like a rotten fish/egg/flesh, which creating serious health hazards to the locality.

Municipal Corporation Lucknow — Maintenance of the Park

Dear Sir,
This is regarding the maintenance of the Park in Jankipuram Sector F,( Phase I ) where Durga Puja is celebrated every year . The main Iron gate is half broken and another small gate is also broken. It is never cleaned. The path made for the morning walkers is totally broken. The unwanted grass is every where and it is even on the path. We residents of Jankipuram requests you to look into the matter and regular cleaning and minimum maintenance ie iron gates are repaired so that stray animals cannot enter the park.

My house is located at 4/86 vishal khand Gomtinagar. There is garbage storefront of vacant plot no.4/87 and 4/86 near Shanker crossing and beside Study Hall Junior section School. There water logging and bad smelling it might create diseases. It is difficult to live due to bad smell. There was a Garbage container but missing. I will request to Honorable Mayor of Lucknow to send your staffs look the grave situation and take correctives measure.

MM-207 Sector-D Aliganj Lucknow.I had requested several time for constrctio of naliflowing from MM-207 towords MM-199.But due to incroachment by House No.MM-200, 201, 202 and 204 as they have constructed Pucca farsh on the nali, the nali become unserviciable and chocked by garbage etc.In this regard some peaple had visited the spot but all is in vain.
Therefore your honour is requested that please look in to the matter and strictically order for removal of the incroachment.Moreover it is not out line to say that some relative of jouse n.MM-204 is in NN lucknow and due to his influence no work is being carried out .
Thus please do the needful and provide justified relief..

sir we the residents are facing serious problems in the area of nala begum ganj, raja bazaar due to water logging in the whole locality, the people are facing many serious problems and their is a threat of spreading various diseases in the area due to presence of the contaminated water, the condition is same as before from past two days and no strict action has been taken by the concerned authorities.it is a regular problem in this area so needs to be solved now so that people do not face any problem

I have complaint several times to Muniipal Corporation regarding the waste kept outside my residence and dead body of animals lying there. I reside at 20/29 Indira Nagar Lucknow Ring Road Opposite Allahabad Bank, but no action has been taken yet.
Not even the Safai Men look serious for the problem.

Please look into the matter and take corrective measures as there are children and families which are suffering the most.

This is bring to your notice that there is no road even a proper street in front of my house instead of a pound. No one can come to my house by any vehichle from the approach road. Enfact we are paying house tax and other taxes regularly. The street is too short for a single person so during any mishappning or illness we do not have any option to go to approach road even an Ambulance or strecher cannot come properly.

So, This is kind request to you please take needful action about above matter as soon as possible.

Second gumti is of tea stall asnd the owner is ashok along puri wala named as karia and his son named as shiv they baasi rice and cholas properly not boiled to the public due to which every second person is complaning of diearriya and vomiting

I reside in Geetapuri (Khargapur), Gomtinagar, Lucknow. It is just 1.5 Kilometer from the Viram Khan Crossing of Railways. Towards both sides of the PWD Road leading towards Khargapur many colonies have come up viz. Geetapuri, Kausal Puri, Awadh Puri etc. The population may be over 50000 in this area. There is frequent mobility of vehicles through the this road. The Gomtinagar Extension -06 is also left of Geetapuri. Only in Geetapuri, there are over 1000 houses having the population of over 5, 000. So far, it comes under the jurisdiction of Gram Panchayat, Malese Mau of Lucknow.
Geetapuri Vikas Spociety with the cooperation of its members have installed Electricity Poles, Plantation of Trees, Maitenance of Four Parks, and a beautiful lay out of Roads having a width of 25 to 30 feet all over Geetapuri.
I am residind in Geetapuri for the last seven years and I am a wotness to all the developments undertaken by ourselves and the Gram Panchayat. This place Geetapuri comes under the Mohan Lal Constituency after the reframing of boundaries for the election purpose.
The People here are of low status having meagre money for the development activities. This Place lies under Khargapur ( Ambedkar village- a coveted plan of the Cief Minister). But I have seen that there has been no development in Geetapuri under the scheme of Anbedkar Development. Our efforts to sent letters of request to the Minister of Rural Development has failed.
Since we lie in between the urban and rural area, we are totally confused where to proceed for our development. We are the citizens of India and we all have valid voters card. We are also tax payees.
Under the circustances, please guide us what to do. Could you adopt us under the municipal corporation? Could you provide us development assistance.

Roads from House No.B-2478 to 2750 in Indira Nagar, Lucknow are in very bad condition. Although tender had been published on 4.11.2009 in Danik Jagran Samachar Patra, but work never started.

I am a resident of house No.MM-207 Sector-D Aliganj Lucknow.I had requested your honour earlier also regarding demolition o[censored]nauthorised constrction made by house No.MM-200, 201, 202 and MM-204 on sewer Nali causing non flowing of water and thus water logged inside the houses.The resiident of aforesaid houses are influential person and they always challenged that no one can dare to demolish the construction.
Thus after my reapeted request some peaple comes from LDA/NN but they only issues the instrction for reduce the illegal construction and goes.

LUCKNOW MUNICIPAL CORPORATION — Illegal Construction activity

Surprisingly, opposite to and around Registrar office and High Court. lot of illegal construction activity is going on. Some are even trying to cover the drainage also, Also road side vendors are beginning to occupy the newly built culvert/parking area over the drainage opposite Registrar office.

Local authorities should take immediate action to demolish all the illegal construction

I would like to draw your kind Attn, for negligence during construction of samar vihar calony Alambagh raod, This road was repaired after 10years, in month of june 2010, with out making drainage system, Due to water logging on road the road has already rummaged with in 15 days, inspite of your orders, this road was constructed before making proper Drainage system RESULTING WASTAGE OF PUBLIC MONEY. Municipal corporation negligence towards road development — Poor road condition

Sir
I would like to bring to your notice that the road connecting Parivar char rasta to highway has been broken & damaged & no body can commute from the said area. This is a main road which was under construction & now had been stopped by few people , i would request in the interest of all that municipal corporation must amicably discuss the issue with concerned people & restart the road building.

Also since the above road is broken , currently all travel from the another road where due to high down pour this year there is a heavy water clogging & also the road have so many pits that there is a chance of an accident ( already 1 scooter & car met with an accident & resulted in injury to scooter driver as he fall down after entering the pit & also during this many times many people have to walk through the clogged water which is again dangerous . This road is crossing thru vrajlila society . Once again request to get this road repaired.

I would like to draw your attention for the poor civic condition near Tahseenganj crossing on Hardoi Road. The entrance of our colony gate where it is marked Bansal Clinic has become a point of throwing all sorts of industrial and domestic wastes. And the present rainy season has added it to be a bigger problem. This is casuing realted diseases like malaria, dengue etc.

Therefore, I most humbly request you to kindly get the area cleared and put some order in order to prohibit people in throwing the garbage there.

There is a dead dog lying adjacent to house no. 13/61, indira nagar lucknow for the past two days and getting petrified with each passing day. A quick disposal of the carcass is expected from the municipal authorities.

Dear Sir,
The plot no.677 in Sector 12 of Indiranagar,Lucknow (near Munshi Pulia) is lying vacant and is being used as a place for dumping garbage and also being frequently used as a place for urination by labour and others.The astray animals and cows too assemble in this place.All this is causing unhygenic conditions and the place is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other health hazards.The concerned authorities are requested to take appropriate action.

We are in krishnamachari Nagar, Valasaravakkam, All roads are so bad and muddy so that we are not able to use the roads. Also we are not able to use cars since the cars are getting stucked in muddy roads. Somebody has to take severe action against this

Dear Sir/Madam

There are three major areas of habitation near HAL main gate on the Faizabad Road- HAL colony, Amrapali Apartments and Halwasiya Utsav Enclave. The garbage of near by areas are dumped in two locations- one near the bus stop after HAL and the other near the colony gate of HAL. Both are a source of nuisance, filthy smell, pollution and are potential sources of communicable diseas. On behalf of all three we appeal to you to shift these garbage collection points to less populated areas and also make arrangements for collection bins so that the area is not polluted. . If no action follows a PIL may be the only option to correct the situation.

Sir, I posted a note regarding complaint of Raj Garden Colony on 3rd August, but have not received any message in reply of this. Again I'm sending it for your consideration.

Namaskar and my sincere congratulation on being elected the mayor of Lucknow consequently for the second time.
Sir, I reside in the Raj Garden colony of Alam Nagar area of Sahadat Gunj ward, a part of Lucknow legislative assembly.
Sir,
This area is very backward, and comprises the problems of Municipal Drinking Water Supply, the worst conditions of Streets, drainage, roads and lack of streetlights.
Sir,
There is no water supply since last 12 days from municipal pipeline. Earlier the supply stopped for continuously 24 days in the hottest months of May and June from 28th May to 20th June, 2012. At present the water comes in the tap seldom once for half an hour in a week. The newly elected parshad Mrs. Pushpa Yadav of BJP and her husband Mr. Guddu Yadav are very helping and take interest to listen our problems and have assured to overcome the problems of Raj Garden. But earlier the Parshad of last tenure Mrs. Kanti Gupta W/O Mr. Ashok Gupta “Tau” was never interested to listen our problems. They never tried to listen and solve our problems of basic amenities. Neither the waterless hand pumps were re bored nor the submersible pumps and 500 l. water tank was arranged to cater the needs of local population. This problem arose about half a year ago. Before this we had 24X7 water supply. When we complain the newly elected parshad, the supply starts for the next day for few hours and after that, again we lack the supply of water.

I’m a very common man and not having a sound source of income, work in a private institution. I’m not able to bear the cost of boring submersible pump at home.

Another major problem of Raj Garden is the worst condition of streets and roads. In the year of 2009, the roads and streets were dug for laying sewage pipeline and after a year, the patch up was done on the road but the streets remain left to patch. Now a day in the rainy season the road and streets are very muddy and uneven. Accidents are very common and none can drive one’s vehicle safely. The chambers of sewage are made very unsystematically. For example in front of my residence, the chamber’s height is about one and half feet from the street surface level, which hinders to move vehicle from the streets. Again, this year the contractor o[censored].P. Jal Nigam dug the road for laying down the drinking water supply pipeline and the road and streets are not patched up yet that creates the muddy condition and one is unable to drive two wheelers safely. The pity condition arises when one cannot walk on foot in such conditions.

Another problem is that about 99% electric poles lack the sodium street light. The poles have a fused bulb of 100 watt instead of sodium light. Due to this, the theft and accidents are very common at night.

I hope you will try your level best to overcome these problems immediately and prove your win the right decision for us.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards pathetic condition of drainage system in sector M near Gulachin Mandir behind Megha Motor Aliganj Lucknow.

Drains are completely choked ( due to unconstructed plot in corner ) & overflow causing drain water having mud & sewer water entering in the houses. Piles of garbage lying on the road & Nagar Nigam cleaning staff is not bothering to clean the garbage / drains on regular basis. Due to piles of garbage stray animal moves in the sector freely sometimes hurting the residents of the colony.

I therefore request to you to kindly pass necessary instructions to your subordinate / cleaning staff to immediately clean the choked drains & garbage piles on regular basis to avoid any epidemic deceases.

A large piece of precious land Green Belt have encroached allegedly by SCHILLER INSTITUTE RAJ NAGAR GHAZIABAD With detailed reports available in Master plane map, owners of Schiller school have build the school building and rest of Land is being used as School ground the GDA authorities are not taking any action to vacate the GREEN BELT, So, this has been done with the connivance of civic body officials and a greenbelt is under the nose of the civic

I am a resident of Sarai Agha Meer, Nadan Mahal Road, (near Nakhas), Lucknow.

There is an uncovered drain just at the mouth of our lane adjacent to Prakash Cinema Hall,
in front of Nainital Bank (near Biryani Dhaba). The drain is deep and is partially uncovered. Due to this pit, kids
and aged people met with accidents. The issue is fatal as the accidents are getting frequent
as the two wheelers and the four wheelers are being stuck in the open hole. The owners are even
paying heavy losses for their vehicles.Request you to please look into the issue as soon as possible. It requires very less
effort to cover that pit which is a severe threat to the residents. I will be really grateful to you.

I want to complaint about my neighbor, living in house no. 7/201, vikas nagar lko, they are having two for wheeler cars even though there is not enough space to park even a single car in front of his house they use to park other car on center of the road blocking passes of other vehicle. I tried to talk to them but all went in vain. The road is also under construction for more than one year. No ambulance no school bus and other vehicle comes here owing to conditions and the cars parked on the road.

Main road of the area infront of sbi colony sector -h jankipuram (nearest landmark strawberry kids school), was dug n broken for covering the drainage line. But since last five years all others roads were repaired but specially that specific region of road has not been made. It really very problematic for the residents as only one side of the raod is in working condition and that condition is also not good. Please look after the matter as that road really need a repair now. Five years is long time for repair of a main road like that

I would like to inform you about the worst condition of road in my colony.
We are facing so many problem due to bad condition of road and nali.
In rainy day the water has covered the road due to this we are not able to walk on road. Every house water falling in plot and currently that plot also filled. Nali is also not made in colony so every time Roads are covered by water.
Colony members submitted applications several times but no action taken by Parshad and Nagar Palika. In last 2 months 4-5 member killed by dengue due to same problem in our colony only. As you already aware that maximum number of death due to dengue in Faizullaganj Ward in lucknow.

Hence, This is kind request to you to please take needful action about above matter as soon as possible.

Sir our colony is also flodded with sewage water that provided habitat for deadly and poisonous insects and animals.
Sir, the people of our locality has also sometimes jamed the highway to call people and to make this condition reach to you but everytime this was suppressed.

Sir so much dangerous that it has caused meaning is disaster by flooding no one can even walk, e-rickshaws and scooty fall off during travelling through this water and flood is so filthy that it has sewage water in it. Sir with due respect we have many a times criticized the condition and made a walk but we were suppressed. Sir just going out of the condition therefore request you to resolve this issue
