Main drainage line of Ashok cooperative housing society pune 411007 is choked. The choked drainage line runs through plot numbers 46 to 52 of the society.
We have gotten our individual drains cleaned up but the problem is with the main service line which is served by the PMC.
We request PMC drainage department to clear the choked main drainage line before the rains start.

1. The pmc garbage van does not come daily for pickup of accumulated chs garbage. Even if it comes after 3to4 days only partial garbage is picked up & rest left behind saying there is no place in van. Will come next day and they disappear for next 2to3 days no one turns up. Pl. Streamline daily garbage collection from above society and ensure place is disinfected /fumigated and strewn garbage cleaned up after pickup, as it's become filthy area and breeding place for mosquitoes, flies and other insects and stray cats see pic attached & dogs who tear the garbage bags and spill the wet garbage right next to society's entrance gate and exactly opposite our flat causing stink and health hazards for us senior citizens. Pl. Help asap.

It was said that the entire nibm road (Towards indri) is being remade and fixed for steep slopes, uneven layering and possible widening. However the work was stopped a little before bizzbay mall. The road is really bad and urgently needs to be layed better and widened. All water trucks struggle to go up the slope causing traffic jams. Post clover hills plaza, the slope downward is also full of potholes and stones where many vehicles skid. A road going left towards heritage mall is also pending.

Im living in a very old wada in pune at 127, mangalwar peth. The property being old more than 100 years. It's condition has worsened. The roof is damaged completely. Every years rain enters our house from roof. This year the roof won't resist. It is not safe to live in the house. We are scared that the roof will fall on us who live in the house.
The landlord is not willing to repair the condition of the house. I would request you to please help us in living a better life. We are not worthy enough to leave our home. Kindly help us. All we need is to be safe. My number is [protected]. Please help us.

For which i paid property tax excessive tax and requested to reduced it to normal by submitting application.
To my surprise pmc has raised same excessive tax for current year i. E. Of
Rs.8861/- x 2 for each half year. I have submitted 40% tax reduction application on 4th april 19 and follow up with inspector but nobody turned up till date and giving various excuses.
Now, it is high time almost 2 moths has completed.

Please help me to get reduced tax bill and compensate my excessive payment as i would be paying current bill.

Here in our society named Nirman Viva, S.No. 11/12, Hissa No. 8, Ambegaon, the garbage is not being disposed of since 22/5/19. This resulting hazardous health of the residents. Your kind attention in the matter is solicited.

Please arrange to collect the garbage of the society to avoid health hazard. Hope you would do needful at the earliest.

Since, 22/5/19 the garbage has not been collected from nirman viva, s. No. 11/12, hissa no.8 ambegaon. Mr. Sabale of rushi transportation is the contractor for transporting the garbage from this society. Today is fourth day that the garbage has not been taken. Please do needful in the matter at the earliest. Due to dumping of garbage for last four days it is hazardous to the health of members of the society. It is therefore please advise the concerned to arrange disposal of garbage on daily basis.

The connection from main pipeline to my residence is 18 years old and it is i think got rusted one or choked.
So i request you to please visit my residence and solve the problem
I will pay the expenses required for this work.
I did not face any problem from last18 years

From 3 to 4 months mosquito has increased a lot in our area due to which there is therat of diseases like dengue, malaria and all mosquito realted disease so please help us with our problem
Please prevent mosquito in our area by mosquito repellent spary or any other options that is avaliable but please help as soon as possible

We the citizens of rutunagari society, benkar vasti, dhayari, pune 41 are facing severe water crisis since 3 days not a single drop of water is there in the house instead all other societies in these area recieve daily water supply as there builders and owners are rich and the grampanchayat servants cut the water supply as we deny to give them bribe pls look toward it. I am requesting you from the bottom of heart as no one elder is taking this issue seriously please look towards the water supply send atleast 15 min water supply but daily please.

Why you are giving permission to damage hills in outskirts of city.
Hills are getting destroyed at vedbhavan and wondercity kothrud pune, near highway? Hills are proud heritage of pune don't destroy them giving halfhazard decisions. We can not create them artificially. Destroying nature is sin.. Your future generations will pay it.. Stop that work.

My property was in rural area, when the 23 villages mearged with pmc in 1997-98, our property was reassed from gram panchyat to pmc. We were overcharged by the then assessing officer which was brought to the office in the following year. At that time, the concerned officers changed overnight.
In 2003, we met the dy comm. Andpromised to rectify the mistake - again. No results.
Then we followed up with the subsequent concerned officers with no conclusion. Represented our case to lok adalat no:25 in 2008 and online complain no: e868. No results. Finally mr mungse and santosh alhat compiled the correct tax and put up to mr suhash mahapari, - but no result since past 3 years. Mailed to the pmc comm..
We want to pay tax but your dept does not need it. Kindly close my case as soon as possible and stop harrassing an honest tax payer of pune.

I am citizen of pune city. On kumthekar road opp vishram baug wada there is a building name buzzy land building were the shopkeeper are harassing the publuc which are walking on the footpaths. They have occupied the footpath with there products and there is no space to walk. I request to the municipal corporation of pune and to ward office plz do something and take some quick action so that public can walk properly.

This complaint was raise in 13 april but no action has been taken. This shows that corporation has no interest to the public walking on footpath

I am staying at bhumkar nagar narhe. I did blood test at life care pathology laboratory near hdfc bank narhe. Lab technician has been given me results just in 30 min. I asked him about pathologist that time he said that he is not here but he has released reports. They are playing with patients health. Even they didn't give me pathologist number. I hope u will take action against him as soon as possible.

The pune municipal corporation has completed footpaths on both the sides of roads going towards chandani chawk in bhusari colony, paud road, pune. But these footpaths are occupied by vehicles of customers of various hotels or hawkers. Hotel pushpak just next to balaji automobile, in left bhusari colony and hawkers next to royal enfield in right bhusari colony

I have been in mumbai and aurangabad before. Hence im seeing this in pune only.

In kharadi area garbage collection vehicle asking rs 30 per month. Is it legal to ask this?

If this is illegal, then they are making huge amount of money apart from their salary.

I alpa mehta stay near lake town, pune. I am a working women. I daily travel through two wheeler. Since many days whole bibvewadi and road near state bank colony is very bad. Too many potholes. When you dig the road you should properly fill it. It is too much difficult to drive. Many chances of accident may occur due to your negligence.

There are a many cats in building and one dog pet
Because of there potty our children's are infected so please do the need full they are not our enemy's we also love animals but cat daily hunting kabutar and daily our premises dirty in front of the door they are doing potty. We told that all owners to clean up bug they are ignored and ignored so pleased do something about this problem.
