Humein complaint register krna hai, garbage ke baare mein. Hum viman nagar mein rehte hain, konark nagar mein. West avenue road pe, udaan biodiversity park ke baaju vaale sadak pe, pmc cleaner log (Jo pavement ko jhaadu karte hain) kude (Plastics, sukhe patte jo ped se gir jaathe hain, vagaira) ko jala rahe hain. Jalaane se bohth dhua aa rha hai or logon ko saans lene mein problem hoti hai. Baaju vaale park (Udaan park) mein bhi dhua aa rha hai toh park rehne ka koi matlab hi nhi hai kyunki park ki hava bhi gandi ho jaati hai. Pls is problem ko fix kar dena. Pmc ki hare rang vaali gaadi ko is sadak pe aana chahiye taaki sukhe patthe aur kude ko le jaa sake. Gaadi nhi aane se, jhaadu krne vaale log is ko jalaate hai kyunki voh saare kude apne aap nhi leke jaa sakthe hain. Gaadi vaise bhi paas vaale main road pe aati hai or usse patthe vagaira le jaati hai. Pls local waste management dept ko yeh complaint forward kar dena.

There is constant leakage of drainage system of hotel puneri kitchen rajmata society bibvewadi gangadham road pune 411037. Drainage water and waste food particals are flowing out in near by area. Bad smell in the area since last 15 days. Hotel management is not responding to our requests to repair drainage and the problem is very critical one. Please resolve the matter

We r students of Vidyanchal school and there is a constant problem of society residents and slum residents burning leaves and hence creating smoke and polluted environment for not only the school students but also students coming for extra classes.
Students who come for sports activities are coughing and panting cos of that.
It is a health hazard for everyone around the premises.
Request from coaches, security guard and teachers have gone with pointless and rude arguments.
Please make it stop.

I am a widowed senior citizen aged 72 yrs residing @ puru housing society, airport road pune. Yesterday while i was ar home, some person viz gandhi hired by the society office (Given to understand that orders were given by the secretary) cut down the major portion of branches of my full grown fruit bearing tree belonging to my premises without my permission. Further the person hired to do so was cutting the tree without supervision or permission. Pls take suitable action against all involved & i seek compensation for the loss as applicable.

As garbage collection vehicle do not come in our areas i. E. Near dot fit gym, balewadi phata, baner road, pune 411045, all the people staying nearby leaves the garbage in front of my building on vacant plot. Due to this we are suffering from diseases and lots of mosquitoes and other flies. Please make some garbage arrangement in our area on regular basis. Please conside this my sincere request and take action accordingly.

There are around 10 stray kittens in our society. Kindly send the municipal corporation van to pick them up as they are creating nuisance in the society. We live in 10 vrindavan near vitthal rukmini temple dhanori. They are continuously tearing the milk packets and also threats to small babies. Kindly make the possible arrangements as soon as possible.

In refence to pmc token no, e6243 and several reminders since last few months.

No action has been taken yet. Drainage water rising till road level and water ingress in boundary compound.

Unhygienic condition / environment. Dangerous for health and inconvenience for travelling on road. Further the level of dirty blocked full road and corporation workers broke our acme foundry flux co, 264 hadapsar indl estate near shinde vasti pune - 13 boundary wall and diverted the dirty water inside our compound.

Just on the right bank of the river mula, at shivajinagar in pune, construction of a large multi-storeyed building had been started a few years bak and had been stayed since it is completely illegal. Now since the last few days, the work of construction has been resumed. This is just on the river front near godrej sherwood chs on old mumbai-pune road, pune 411005.
The work has to be immediately stopped and the construction done so far needs to be demolished since it violates existing laws.

Street dogs in wakad disturb whole night and due to which we cannot sleep, also street dogs are being dangerous to people, they attack over us at night and early morning.
We do not feel safe while walking over street lane.

Could you please take those dogs some where else, kindly take action as soon as possible.

I got into PMPML Pune Bus 322 at Aundh for Rahatani area. Most of the general seats were already occupied. There was one bench where one seat was vacant and at the windows was sitting a lady. She had kept her bag at the adjacent seat. I requested her to keep the bag aside so that I could occupy that seat.

What she said astonished me. I am a male and she asked me why don't I seat on the left side section where all seats are reserved for ladies! I told her that this is the only seat vacant in general category and I can not seat on a seat reserved for ladies even if it's vacant.
Then she reluctantly created some space for me to seat on the adjacent seat.
While I have no concerns in a lady seating in general section, unless all seats of ladies section are filled, conductor may like to moderate this situation and allow all females to occupy ladies section as much as possible. This will help even distribution of available seats when the bus gets crowded.

Hope PMPML shall empower their bus conductors to moderate such situations.

I stay in a gated complex which houses close to 800 families in mohammadwadi (Margosa heights). We are constantly facing water shortage due to short supply from pmc. It has been a frequent scenario now and we most off the time have to purchase drinking water. Can you please check the root cause of this issue and help resolve. With abundant rains this year, we did not expect a shortage as early this year

There is dog in inside the building,. So it's very dengerous for people. Please take action

I have seen many time dog attacks on children and children get scared and many time on night it's difficult for adults as well. And also courier persons & other relatives & friends get scared.
One person feed the dog daily, so thats why the dog is there, but the person did not tie the dog

So request you to please take action.

At the main gate of lakshminarayan theatre, satara rd, 411009, pune there is a lot of traffic due to the hand carts. The owner invites some friends over at the cart/shop and hence there is a lot of foot traffic over there. While getting out of the theatre is a hassle, the traffic and bad behaviour of the cart owners and people around make the enviornment unsafe. The area is also very unhygenic because if the dirty water thrown by the cart owners. This is a very important issue and someone should look after it.
As a sincere citizen i have reported this and will be looking for a good feedback.

Road not cleared even though the encroachment done in kondhwa budruk SR no 4. Corporation is doing encroachment instead of creating road clear which is occupied by DP box in mid of road. Please see the photo attached.

I have my shop on road side which i think is not in road limit but still got 1966 notice for illegal construction. But there are many illegal construction going on

The stray dogs behind abhiruchi mall sinhgad road are barking at small children and people so kindly see in this matter as the population of dogs is increasing in the area.
And before they attack on someone please take the necessary action.
And we are unable to ride bicycle as the dogs come barking behind the cycles and small children get panic.
Please pick the dogs and take necessary action.

There are about 30+ dogs in front of main gate which has small road road connecting to jambulwadi Road .. so it's dengerous for people. Please take action

The compliant is to the health department of pune that in our area 256, guruwar peth thier is a illegal business of harmful hospital waste is going on in a public residential place which has going from past 5 yrs and the owner of that is running the business without any licence and in a residential place which spreads harmful dieses which is harmful for the mature and also for the citizens in that area ...The harmful hospital waste is stored in a godown and is going an illegal business in a public residential place ..So please we request to the pune health department to take an immediate action on this illegal and harmful business going in public residential area...

Toilet i suggest near dena bank side street one ladies toilet must be. Our prime minister is giving village to village toilet but in city what is happening, there is sufficient place in street near sardarji scooter shop
There is two banks, union bank & dena bank they dint provide urinal
Also two three ladies beauty shops. Sir, its an urgent need of ladies toilet

Dear sir,

As the above subject, this is to inform you that illegal construction is in progress at the following location.

Location: yashodeep school, yashodeep society, warje malwadi, taluka - haveli, dist. - pune.

We kindly request you to take necessary action against it for the following reason,
1) illegal permission.
2) school in the residential area is illegal.
3) heavy traffic due to the school in nearby areas.
4) construction noise and dust causing inconvenience to the neighborhood.
5) no side margin kept.

There are more than 50-60 dogs in and around our society dhanashree aangan and dhanashree aashiyana autade, nyati estate road handewadi. There is a new brood of 10-12 puppies every now and then. The dogs cry throughout the night, they dirty the roads and they bark and attack people passing by, people and children are afraid to walk along the roads fearing the dogs might attack.
