1)House Tax Still not paid .
2)shop constructed on main road
3)illegal permission.

Hi,

Alcon stylus construction site in Kondhwa near Talab factory is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. There is danger of spreading mosquito related diseases such as Chikungunya, Dengue, Malaria, etc.

Could someone please look into this?
There have already been 3 cases of dengue because of it.

Dear Sir, WE have booked one flat in Perfect 10 Society Balewadi .My property O/A/04/01336010, is in Balewadi and sale to agreement done on 20th June 2017. we got sms to pay property tax Rs 25735/-
our flat area is 109.59 sq meters .
Pl. recalculate and let me know the correct property tax .

Garbage van is not coming from many days in Darshan park Society, Aundh, near Dav school that causes a big problem for us. In nearby society i.e Sharda park society, tha van is regularly coming but not in Darshan Park society.Moreover, we cannot throw garbage on roads as it is illegal.

I hope you're doing well. My name is Vikas Halikhede, and I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred last night in the vicinity of Wisdom Park, Balewadi.

As I was returning home from a friend's house located at 7 Avenues, Wisdom Park, I encountered a group of 7 to 8 dogs near the Commercial Complex in front of the society. Unfortunately, I was attacked, and one of the dogs bit my left leg. There are signs that the dog may be infected with some concerning allergies.

Promptly, I sought medical attention this morning and consulted with a doctor. While the severity of the situation is being addressed through the necessary treatment, we are uncertain about whether the street dog that bit me might be infected with rabies.

To assist in your investigation and potential intervention, I have taken pictures and videos of all the dogs involved in the incident. I am attaching these files to this email for your reference.

I kindly request that you initiate the required action to assess the health condition of these street dogs, specifically checking for any signs of rabies. This proactive measure is crucial not only for my own well-being but also for the safety of the community residing in the area near Balewadi.
