Sir, l am residing at lane no. 4, mate nagar, vafgaon sheri. Internal road of paver block is opened for underground pipeline work of water, before the pmc elections.
Inspite of the repeated request corporaterscorporaters are not doing the work. I am honest citizen and paying my taxes timely. This years property tax is also paid.
In view the above it is requested to carry out this repair work at an earliest to avoid any problem in the mansoon.

I stay in somwar peth near mali maharaj math in landge wada.
Here construction of building is in progress.
Due to construction cement mixer vehicle comes here and because of that vehicle drainage cap has been broken and all concrete material is been setteled in drainage.
Because of concrete and broken drainage all drainage overflows when it rains heavily and even our house toilets overflow.
This is the start of monsoon season.
I kindly request you to look into this problem and please do the needfull.

We are residents of lohegaon, pune. The dhanori-lohegaon road in front of sathe wasti is in very bad condition (Lots of holes, no road at all, its like river road). Daily lots of public/private buses, heavy trucks, school buses, car and bikes travel from this road and it is one of the heavy traffic road. This road is in very bad condition from last many months or years. This road is not secure to travel and now it will be more difficult because monsoon will arrive and condition of road will very very horrible and insured to travel. There was lots of accidents happened before, so we request you please take action against it as soon as possible.

I m resident of hill view society, row h. No.1, s. No.39/14a, near ramnagari, ambegao (Bk). There is a bid babhul tree which is just behind of my row house but its in the open space of the area which is supposed to be common area under coprporation.. This babhul tree's branches have already started covering our house terrace, and its dangerous yellow flowers and long thorns and seeds are giving tremendous nuisance to us. The back place of my house is going durty day by day and its a headache to clean it daily.. Though we are tree lovers, this babhul tree is very hazardous and gangerously problematic for our house occupants and children... Urgent and humble request to concern authorities to inspect and take immediate action againt it as per the appropriate course of action. Hope we get rid of the nuisance we are facing.

Sir,
I am a resident of raj complex, chaitanya nagar opp bharti hospital and i would like to bring to the concerned authorities’ notice the situation of streets in our locality. The street light beside our residence near hamy steel is not working since a year. Our locality is drawn in darkness at night which may cause fatal accidents.

I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and fixed the streetlight as soon as possible.

This compliant is regarding the underground drainage line. The drainage water is left in the NALA near my society. It seems that at some place toilet (WC) connection is attached to this line. From this very bad dirty smell is coming through this line whole day. Please find out the fault and relieve us from this trouble.
Online phone complaints were give many times. Nobody take the responsibility. They do some superficial action and close the complaint.

Dear sir/madam

I m living in society balewadi.in this year i got your property tax. So i found the water tax is included in my property tax. I hav e querry that if my society has water connection and the society is paying dues for the same then how the flat owner pay double amout for the same.
Even i have no individual connection adopted perosnally.

If so then why all the 120 flat onwers not include water tax their property tax.

How only one get its included.

When i went to aundh office. I met your executives one is very argumented person even he dont know the manners talking the who came to you for their querries.
Its his duty so solve the querry or give the solution.

I want solution on this issue on top priority.

There is no street light in lane no 9, maruti mandir lane,. Opp vimal kunj building, right bhusari kothrud since many months. Pls do the needful at the earliest as there r few residents in the building here and area looks lonely. This is necessary for the safety of the citizens living in this area especially in rainy season.
As in rainy season there is also water like logging on this road

I am staying at belair apartment, ram indu park, baner, pune. The road which comes in ram indu park from baner road and later which turns right leading all the way to belair apartment is infested with stray dogs. There have been couple of incidents when scooter riders were viciously attacked by the dogs. The problem is worse at night and early mornings when almost all riders in our lane face barking dogs chasing them. I have also faced problems. Sad part is even pet dogs are freely roaming on the streets, owners leave their pet dogs to roam outside their residence compounds. Together with stray dogs, the number of dogs in our lane has gone up significantly leading to recents attacks on commuters.
Pmc should take a firm action on stray dogs and also against pet dog owners leaving their dogs to roam. Some major incident may happen if no action is taken or action is delayed.

It is not possible to file complaints online on pmc website because clicking on complaints link does not open the complaints page at all but simply refreshes the existing page.

Street lights adjacent to Plot Nos 50, 51 and 52 in Mayur Colony, Kothrud have not been functioning over the past fortnight. It has not even come to the attention of the PMC authorities.

Previously calling reshni hts and now calling rushab apts. Totaly 11 flats& 9 commercial shops

Complaint detail
1) still builder not completing building construction,
1) no compound
2) no water & drainage system properly
3) no parking fascility.
4) no deed of apartment cerificate handover to ours.
5) no society and no maintenance.

Last 15 yrs gone we are facing more problem, the builder very worst man. Many times we have informed to pmc, but no action on builder.
Now i didnot know what is the time period of builder to complete the building, there any rules in indian law for all builders.
Why corporatin not any action taking on this builders. Now we need building completion certificate for selling of my flat.

So kindly take any action on this builder.

Garbage not collected since last week & road cleaning member not coming daily to clean the road in that area. Now due lot of garbage, smell and dirt are around the area which is not cleaned & also animals are wounding on that dirt/ garbage. Please do the needful.
Place/ area: mundhawa village, near bhaji mandai, kamgar maidan, way to ghat, near lonkar appartment, in front of 'rutuvilla' house. Pune.

My name is sagar limaye and i am a resident of following address:-
Flat no 2, akshay vihar society, vishrantinagar, hingne khurda, sinhagad road, pune-411051.
From past 2 weeks, the road development work has been undertaken in our lane. The old tar road will be replaced by cement road. This work is lead by mr. Shrikant jagtap, the local corporator.
Firstly, the workers are no at all skilled as during the initial stages, their work had lot of collateral damage such as destruction of drainage and drinking water pipe lines.
Now for past 3-4 days, the work is on-hold during the day work and they resume it during the nights. They start the work at around 11:00pm and it continues till 6:00am in the morning. This creates a lot of disturbance and we experience a lot of trouble having a sound sleep at night.
Please stop this night work and try to complete during day time of 10:00am to 8:00pm.

Due to garbage burning & local scrap shoop burn tiyers, plastics material causes huge pollution in surasha nagar hadapsar also ramtekadi garbage drop create huge pollution facing bad smell in night due to it, i any one not taken action asap causes health problems of local people & distribution of biological life. We also found some member pune corporate also burning garbage.in night we found layer of air pollution, i found some area near to ram tekadi garbage depo some company created water pollution also, if not control asap this area converted
Into hell.

There has been a huge pile up of garbage bags and waste in open space on the street opposite Gaikwad Petrol Pump, Aundh, Pune. Please notify Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) garbage vehicles to collect the garbage as a few volunteers want to conduct beautification of the place as on May 7th, 2017, so that no more garbage will be dumped. Need to take action as early as possible.

W28682 open on (23rd march) - is closed by pmc saying work will be done in april.

Nothing happened.

New w29735 open on (2nd may) - another ticket - closed saying work will be completed by this month end.

Why are the pmc is doing this? What is the value of citizen life for pmc? Minor gap filling up work need more than 1 month? Still not done.

I am living in bravuria society on baner-balewadi road. Some time back road construction work was started here and it was left half finished. Road conditions are very bad and both the side of road are having lots of stones, dust and big digged holes. It is very hard to walk on such road. Continuously the dust keeps coming in our home. Many people driving two wheelers falling down due to broken stone and sand. I am attaching few pictures of the road

I am a resident of bibweasdi area - shrirang society # 2 near bharat jyoti busstop bibwewadi. For the last 2 weeks the garbage from my society has not been picked up. The garbage vehicle drivers demand money in the denomination of 1000 rs and above to pick up the garbage. The local corporator of my area has been informed about it several times. But no action taken. Neither have they taken a note of our complaint. They just say this problem is everywhere. The garbage has accumulated right below my house and it is spreading infection from the mosquitoes and other flies. If this continues about 100 odd people will be hospitalized for dengue and maleria from my society alone.

I have complained about the drainage system which is leaking, open and broken... Which is leading to the leaking of feces and toilet and other dirty material to leak out.. Leading to dengue symptoms and illness of the residents.
The complain was given from green cooperative housing society, 17th bund garden road, pune 411001
It has been 20 days since my complain has not been resolved. Please guarantee us our livelihood and a healthy surrounding.
