Hello sir, i living in tingre nagar road no 10, near gurudwara temple here sreet dogs and home dogs mixed andcome vihical peoples to chase to bite not only vihical people walkers also come to bite importently children and adult i am already trubled for dog i skid and facture my hand for only dogs so please do some thing for dogs very danger to walk also on road no 10

Please look into this matter as soon as possible... It's been 1 wk but no body from pmc has come to solve this problem... The wall is being constructed further with chairman's dominance... Kindly help asap.

There is an illegal construction going on in sunshine greens society phase 2, behind khadki railway station, near mont vert prestine society, bopodi pune 411020.

Society is building a wall in front of our shops and have not even kept any gate for entry nearby, this is causing inconvenience for shop owners.
This wall is being built on the footpath which is a government property.

Also no written or verbal communication is done or permission is taken from we shop owners, and when we are taking objection they are not ready to discuss or show us any paper work.

Kindly help us and take the need action as the work is in progress.

I had registered complaints against illegal construction and illegal activities of a newly constructed company which is honda service center, by ethix honda, at khadki near kiloskar oil engine main gate. There is no action taken against the company from authority's and the other side the company is making additional illegal construction during night times when there's no one to stop them and the next day new modification can be seen and making new complaints no action is being taken against them. Even after getting legal notice the company is proceeding on additional illegal modification and damaging the common passage and the neighborhood premises and also making activities that make insecurity for others and risk to others life.

My mom and me (Pregnant) took auto from camp to vadgaonsheri on 17th march’18. On the way in the auto we told the driver the route to our destination, on telling him this he reverted saying that mujhe batane ki jarurat nahi hai kaise jana hai aap chup chap baitho, main meri baap ki nahi sunta toh who are you people. (In rude and abusive way)
We asked him to stop the auto mid way in koregaon park to get down but he still continued with his rubbish talks to us. Auto no-mh12kr 5047

Bus no. Mh 14 cw2255 going from wakad bridge to hinjewadi pune at 10.45pm today on 16 mar 2018. It was empty with only one passenger and intentionally didn't t stop though i was waving hand continuously at driver and conductor on clear road at wakad bridge stop. It was emergency for me as my wife was not feeling well and alone at home. This pathetic behavior of bus driver and coundctor is shameful. This is happening many times on this route. I am hoping for strict action against this bus driver and coundctor. Waiting for reply.

There is a fast food restaurant running in sunshree suntec at nibm with all the cooking with gas cylinders outside the shop premises encroaching with roof and openly gas cylinders.
It is a high risk factor and also evening encroachment of the pmc road also used for barbeque of seekh kabab.
Kindly take appropriate measures regarding the same. Thank you

आमची रणजीत को.ओप.सोसायटी नावाने १२१४, एफ.सी.रोड पुणे येथे सहकारी ग्रुहरचना संस्थेत रजिस्टर सोसायटी आहे. सोसायटी अंदाजे ३५-४० वर्षे जुनी आहे. सोसायटीत एकुण २१ सभासद आहेत. सध्या फक्त २ सभासदांचे कुटुंब स्वत: राहतात, बाकी सर्वांनी आपापले फ्लॅट भाड्याने दिले आहेत. त्यामुळे मेन्टेनन्स पण वेळेवर जमा होत नाही. सोसायटीची ड्रेनेज लाईन, कंपाऊंड वगरे खुप मोडकळीस आलेले आहे. आम्ही सोसायटीच्या दुरुस्तीमध्ये बरेचदा खर्च केला आहे, त्यामुळे आता खर्च करत बसण्यापेक्षा आम्ही सोसायटीचे पुनर्वसन करणार आहोत.

सोसायटीमध्ये एकाने अनधिकृत खानावळ चालु केली आहे. तेथे जेवायला येणारे लोक सोसायटी आवारात थुंकतात, तसेच आवारात दारु पिऊन बाटल्या ईतरत्र फेकतात. सोसासटीत रहात असणार्या महीलांची येता जाता टिंगल करतात त्यामुळे सोसायटीतील महीलांमधे असुरक्षिततेचे वातावरण असते. सोसायटीमध्ये जुन्या बेवारशी दोन चाकी गाड्यादेखील तशाच पडुन आहेत, आम्ही ह्या बाबतीत पोलीस स्टेशनमध्ये तक्रार देउन सुध्दा पोलीसांनी काहीही कारवाई केलेली नाही.

सोसायटीला लागुन जो फुटपाथ आहे त्यावरदेखील ५-६ अनधिकृत स्टॉल चालु आहेत. हे सर्व लोक त्यांचा माल ठेवण्यासाठी तसेच त्यांच्या गाड्या/सायकल ठेवण्यासाठी सोसायटीच्या आवाराचा विनापरवानगी वापर करत आहेत. सर्व खरकटे सोसायटीच्या ड्रेनेजलाईन मध्ये सोडुन देतात, त्यामुळे ड्रेनेजलाईन वारंवार ब्लॉक होते ते आम्हाला सर्व सभासदांकडुन पैसे गोळा करुन साफ् करावे लागते. खरकटे सगळीकडे पडलेले असते त्यामुळे परिसरात दुर्गंधी पसरुन डासांचा देखील त्रास होत आहे. त्यामुळे तेथील रहीवासी लोकांना डेंगु/मलेरीया सारख्या आजारांचा धोका संभवतो. सोसायटीच्या पाण्याच्या लाईनमधुनसुध्दा ह्यांनी अनधिकृत जोड घेउन पाण्याचा वापर सुरु केला आहे.

वारंवार ह्या लोकांना समज देउनसुध्दा हे लोक आम्हाला जुमानत नाहीत उलट येथील रहीवासी लोकांवरच दादागिरी करतात.

आम्हास आशा आहे कि आम्हाला ह्या त्रासामधुन मुक्त करण्यास फक्त आपणच मदत करु शकता. तरीही आम्हा सर्व सभासदांची आपणास कळकळीची विनंती आहे की आपण ह्या प्रकरणात लक्ष घालुन आम्हास मदत करावी.

We purchase 1 bhk flat, madhura residency, bhugaon, pune in the year 2007. Our agreement is as per gram panchyat. Our builder name is mr. Khandalge. Our flat is at 5th floor. Till today's date builder has not completed the work of our lift. Lift work is kept incomplete. Inspite of taking many follow-ups from builder, he is not completing his work. He is giving assurance last 8 / 9 yrs. We are suffering a lot. Boz of pending work of lift, we are not able to sell our flat. We are paying regular electricity bill, maintenance. Also we have paid gram panchayat tax. Nothing is pending from our side.

I diksha tambe was travelling from manapasun to aundh.. I was getting late for exam so i got in chinchwadgaon bus at 7.50am at the stop since bus was empty but the driver closed the door purposely.. I got scratches on my hand n door hit my chest.. The conductor answered badly when told about the incident.. Kindly react on this incident since such incidents are happening commenly

Hi, i am a resident of a society near hotel rajwada, baner road, someshwarwadi road, pune, would like to bring to your notice that, recently one of the telecom companies have spoiled the roads in that lane for their cable work., they have dug up the roads in day time and came in the night to cover it up but the entire stretch (Starting from someshwar wadi road - from selenite building to shivranjan towers) the entire stretch is completely damaged. We can see the unfinished work and the blocks and sand which is still lying on many places as debris...

Request some one to take this up seriously and get these roads done up on priority as many children and senior citizen walk on these roads and it's very difficult to walk on these streets due to the un finished work.

Survey no.55 hiss no.6 dhayari village pune -41.in this area of dhayari gao where five floors illegal construction are made by charwad - jadhav constructions, project name is rutuja rudra complex near dhareshwar temple.

Reasons for taking necessary action :-

1) project is illegal so they not yet registered in maharera.
2) project rcc frame structure is not earth quake resistance.
3) project nearby road not specific distance is taken therefore lots of problems faced by there nearest people.
4) old stamp and fake permission made by grampanchayat. Not taken necessary legal permission.

Have contacted mr. Mane and mr. Zavare around 7 times and daily weare told that vehicle will come tomorrow but it is more than a month that the pmc vehicle has not come. This is not the first time. Biggest issue is that all garbage is on the light pole and transformer making it very risky. If by mistake it catches fire, there will be a huge accident and i think both mr. Mane and mr. Zavare should be responsible for all the casualties that will occur due to the mishap.

Would request to avoid such a big accident from occurring by sending the truck immediately to the following address.

I have tried to raise a complaint to the society but they refuse to take any action against the illegal construction & those members. So, please take any action against this. Even some of the society committee members also having illegal construction.

Dear sir in kharadi lane no 8 near stellar. Many small hotels and all parking on road that causes lots of inconvenience to traffic. Possibilities of accident. And many time fights due to parking.. One before my bangalo is shinde food park road is narrow and they park on road we even many times not able to take out our own vehicle on road. Kindly look urgently in to matter and take necessary action...

residing at 12, Ahilya Society, Yerwada, Pune – 411 006, I have to address you as
follows

I says that on 14th June, 2017 there was a heavy rain caused in
Pune around 4:30 to 5 p.m, which resulted into heavy damages and losses to
my house property. My client further states that initially they were (family)
of the opinion, that this destruction was caused due to the act of god,
however after perusal and inspection with the surrounding and adjacent
properties led them to the ascertained conclusion that such destruction was
due to the negligence exhibited by you all.

I says that the rain water, waterlogged and entered in their house
due to the unfair construction of vermiculture pit on the rain water drainage
channel constructed by the Goel Ganga Society which
resulted into chocking and blocking of the outlet of society drainage. As
there was no maintenance of vermiculture pit by any of you and hence it
collapsed in the drainage system and resulting into blockage of drainage.

I says that their house property is adjacent to the compound
of the Noticee No.2 Goel Ganga Society, where the above mentioned
vermiculture pit is constructed jointly to the said compound illegally. Hence,
the rain waterlogged and entered in their house with heavy force and became
the utmost reason for the destruction of house property. There was 2 feet
water accumulated inside their house and almost 4 feet height of watersurrounded by their house within 5 minutes of collapsing vermiculture pit.
My client’s 80 years old mother, 3 years daughter, sister and wife were
trapped inside the house drowned by the water and my client was so helpless
to help all, as he was unable to enter in the house by any means. My client
further says that he called all possible help such as neighbours, relatives,
friends, PMC Officers, Fire brigade and political leaders to take out his
family members from the house, however no one could rescue them as water
level was very high comparatively to the surroundings.

I further states that all his furniture, utensils, books, clothes, etc.
were floating and water was successfully poured in his car and bike parked
in his house premises. My client was in tremendous shock as he faced the
financial loss and physiological disturbance due to the unfair and illegal
construction of vermiculture pit, which collapsed in the rain water drainage
and became the reason of such destruction to my belongings and property.

I further states that, he alongwith his family was residing at his
relative’s house for one (1) month as it took almost a month to resettle in the
house property after carrying out necessary repairs and renovation. Further,
my client has to take leave for fifteen (15) days to resettle in the house
property.

Still municipal corporation officer are not working on it to fix the problem and can be repeat this problem for next year rain. So can you please take action against this ?

Builder has to pay our compensation amount also as it is because on his fault, but before that we need to fix the problem first ?

Please help as our corporaters are also not helping us

At mahatma gandhi vidhyalaya ghorpade peth pune the teaching and non teaching staff is not punctual. They come late daily in the morning when school begins. Which is directly affects on poor childrens' education. Whether any education officer visits the school in the morning or not. There is no control of education department on school employees. Please take immdiate. Thanks.

I have written several complaints, even on this platform, in order to take action against my neighbours who get stray dogs and breed them. They now have about 15 stray dogs. They keep barking and crying the whole day without respite. The address is mr. Singh, survey no. 33/1, behind plot no. 54, vidyanagar, pune 411 032.

They have also started buring their leaves and other things in front of their house, the smoke of which goes into my house. The fires are burnt throughout the day.

From my residence, mahavir park behind nexa showroom, pune satara road, we travel to our works in wadki saswad road daily.
Road from undri chowk to handewadi chowk is totally uprooted, ripped off on slope. And further after hande wadi upto urali phata on right,
Is very bad patch except cement road part.
It is feb 10th now, there is no repair work done whatsoever.
Kindly do the needful and help us save time and money.
