Laxmi Narayan Residency Flat No. F-304 is doing unauthorised modification in flat. Open balcony as per original approved Municipal plan is being enclosed and leading to load on outer parapet and weakening the building. No one is taking approvals.

I have made online payment of my property tax for[protected] and 2023-24 of total amount Rs. 8, 977 via ICICI Debit Card.
The money has been deducted from my bank account though. However, I have not received receipt/ acknowledgement for online payment. I checked the site for the bill, but it does not show the details.

Writing this application on behalf of residential building Committee/Authorities,
to draw your attention to the extremely unhygienic and insanitary conditions prevailing in our locality because of the public toilet which is approximately 5ft. away from our building (Building Name: Patkar Sadan).
The condition of the public toilet beside our residential building is so deplorable and uncomfortable that the residents/civilian’s disdain to pass it.
The public toilet for men and women is so untidy and unhygienic, which is causing severe health issues to the people living around. The construction of this public toilet is substandard-water pipes are defected and the unbearable smell o[censored]rine prevails in local atmosphere. The amount of mosquito’s has increased in a large amount because of which from past 5-6 months most of the residents are facing severe health issues like dengue, malaria and viral infections.
This inaccurate condition of public toilet can bring many diseases and occur a situation like pandemic.
Therefore, I earnestly request you to take necessary steps to demolish and remove the public toilet beside our residential building as early as possible.

This formal complaint is regarding the hazardous placement of an electricity supply pole in Ward Number 32, Mumbra, situated near Masjid Ali Ibne Abu Talib in Azad Nagar.

It has come to my attention that the specified electricity supply pole is in an extremely perilous condition, posing an imminent threat to the safety and security of the residents living in close proximity to the pole. The pole's advanced age and compromised support wires have caused heavy parts and wires to fall intermittently, and it is also situated in an exceedingly congested residential area. The supporting wires connected to the pole have been severely compromised, resulting in the pole being sustained by only one side.

Given the precarious state of this electricity supply pole, it is essential to address the situation urgently to prevent potential disaster. The risk of the pole collapsing poses a severe threat to the lives and property of the residents living in the vicinity. Therefore, I strongly urge your department to take immediate action to rectify this hazardous situation.

In light of the above, I respectfully request the removal of this electricity supply pole from its current location is of paramount importance to ensure the well-being of the residents and to mitigate potential risks to their lives and property. I understand that such a relocation might involve certain logistical challenges, but the safety of the community must take precedence.

I kindly request that your department prioritize this matter and take swift action to address it. Please keep me informed about the steps being taken to rectify this hazardous situation and provide updates on the progress.

Dear All,
Please note that we have seen huge rise in Viral fever and mosquitoes in our building. Due to rain and water clogging nearby areas there is rise in Mosquitoes which give rise to water borne disease like Dengue, Malaria.

I request authorities to please look in to this and arrange for fogging at the earliest.

One member of the society has constructed authorized shade to cover his parking. this is affecting the residents staying above the parking as the shade is gathering garbge causing health hazard to the the occupants of flat 101 102 ace avaina pelican society, kasarvadavli. further the cats are also leaving their kills on the shade resulting in foul smell in the entire flat. Complaint has been lodged with society who in turn have lodged complaint to thane municipality maajiwada on 30 june 2023. however no action has been taken. you are requested to arrange to remove the shade immediately.

गेली कित्येक वर्षे ठाणे महानगरपालिकेत वेळोवेळी तक्रार करून आणि डायघर गावाच्या प्रवेशद्वारात पाणी साचल्याचे दाखवून देऊन सुद्धा फक्त मोजून १७ वेळा पाहणी केली पण त्यावर उपाय मात्र केले जात नाहीत. डायघर गावात असलेले नैसर्गिक नाले ह्यांची भरणी करून केलेले बांधकाम, तसेच कल्याण-शिल रस्त्याच्या पलीकडे असणाऱ्या मोठमोठ्या इमारती आणि त्यांचे बांधकाम व्यावसायिक ह्याच्याशी असलेले आर्थिक हित संबंध ह्याच्या भारामुळे डायघर गावातील स्थानिकांना पावसाच्या पाण्यामुळे घरात ४-५ फुटपर्यंत पाणी घरात घ्यावे लागते, अशा सांडपाणी तसेच पावसाच्या पाण्यामुळे स्थानिकांचे घर कमजोर झाली असून एकाधी भिंत पडून जीवितहानी झाली तर त्याला जबाबदार कोण राहील?? हाच का ठाणे महानगरपालिकेचा स्थानिकांप्रती असलेला विकासाचा भार...

Dear Sir's,

I reside at Arihant Aarohi Building located at Kalyan-Shil Road near Parivar Hotel, Thane-421204. All residents are harassed by street dogs in our building . There are more than 5-7 street dogs regularly barking. These dogs are more dangerous in the night. They bark on people walking on the streets, run behind bikes in groups of 5-6 and have already had 10-12 cases of biting kids and young /elders ppl. Walking in the night is very dangerous for us now even though we can not send our children outside our building premises. There is a play scholl located in premises and understand how big threat is this if any small infant or kid get hold of them.

Some people from society are feeding these street dogs which is also illegal and liable for fine as per TMC norms.

Please do the needful and catch and fix these stray dogs. We can not leave in the start city under
stray dogs fear.

Your immediate action is required in this regard.
