[Resolved]  Musafir.com — No Refund

I just wanted to raise a complaint regarding the pathetic customer service given by Musafir. I called up the customer care on 6th July 14 at around 3:20 p.m, regarding the flight refund which I had cancelled on 25th June 2014(PNR# : IYU2KN Indigo 6E 132 Musafir reference # M-94SA). But to my surprise, customer service executive Geeta told me that Musafir did not get any refund from Indigo till now. On this I called up Indigo and they told me that the refund had been transferred on 25th June to Musafir(Rs. 8642). On this I again called up Musafir customer service and communicated the same to them. Then she told me that the amount will be transferred to your account after 15 working days from now and this is customer's responsibility to inform musafir regarding cancellation and the way she was talking was not at all acceptable. I asked her to hand over the call to a senior employee. After 10 minutes she connected me to Mr. Milind Maginkar who gave me all sort of explanations regarding the deductions which Musafir is going to give me. After probing for about 15 minutes he agreed to pay back Rs. 8442 within 5-6 working days starting today 6th July 2014. On Saturday i.e 12th July 2014, I again called up Musafir customer care and they told me that the amount has been transferred to the account (Rs 7730, which is Rs 1112 less than the promised amount), but I did not get the money till now. Nothing is mentioned on their website regarding the refund and cancellation. Kindly don't trust these people at all, they are loots. I am still waiting for my money.
