Musafir — Flight ticket amount refund | |||||
I had booked GoIndigo flight ticket from Bangalore to Pune on Oct 3rd using Musafir Travel. I had cancelled the ticket on Oct 27th and as per the GoIndigo customer care information, they have refunded the amount rps.1178 to Musafir Travel on Oct 29th. It is more than 15 days for now, I have not yet received the refund from your end. I want the amount to be refunded within two business day from now. Please refund as soon as possible. I have booked my ticket and payment had been done. But finally it shows contact travel experts for this purchase. I raised the complaint and here is the reference ID 2140198. When i called the customer care number i have waited for so long and didn't get any response as well. I want the tickets ASAP or i want my money back.
