Musafir — poor customer care response | |||
I have booked my travel to dubai and its been 3 days that i have been speaking to your travel consultant to get ok to board certificate but still not got it. My flight departure on 10 dec at 3.30 am. Tis is my first flight to international destinations n am getting not any response from your agency. It is disheartening. Sorry to say if i do not get a call from your consultant confirming my ok to board doc then i seriously will take this up to media tat i work for. Was this information helpful? | |||
