We were not informed about the insurance period (Valid for at least 15 days from the date of return to india) well in advance by musafir team and we had arranged travel insurance on our own as per insurance company form (I. E. For travel period only). This resulted in not the only monetary loss to all three pax but a lot of difficulties/effort of taking revised travel insurance just before the appointment at bls application centre, new delhi. This is the requirement which we were told by musafir team about at the last hour after the purchase of earlier insurance policy. Travel insurance: issued by an insurance company as per the eu guidelines. Valid for at least 15 days from the date of return to india. If there was some exception to travel insurance requirement for spain visa, we should have been informed well in advance. You are having knowledge about all these things and that's why we availed your services. Not telling about insurance requirement for additional 15 days after return in india, has resulted in the monetary loss to all 3 pax as we had to procure revised policy paying one more time. Also, not all documents which are required to be submitted with the application to bls for grant of visa were not told to us to prepare. Few are mentioned below. The checklist must be printed on back to back format only. Authorization form & declaration form We are highly dissatisfied with the services of musfir team.
