Musafir — Regarding refund of tickets due to flight cancellation.

I purchased two tickets of Air india for travelling to DELHI from PANTNAGAR through your official application MUSAFIR.COM
but as per official cancellation of flight we could not travell through the same. hence kindly refund the paid amount for the aforesaid tickets.

Updated by arvind.siwach i have talked to the Musafir.com and the Airlines several times but still NO Refund Process is initiated. Almost 20 days have passed.
