Musafir — Ticket is purchased but cancelled 12hrs before but musafir.com says i cannot use it any more even the return ticket

Hi,
Please note that i have purchased a ticket online from musafir.com and they never said any where its a non-refundable ticket. I have cancelled the ticket 12hrs before which they said, i can use it at anytime they will make it open. Now they are saying we cannot and if even i cannot awail the return ticket. I wanted to book the ticket which is costing me on cleartrip AED 1338 for which they are demanding me AED 1340.
