Bad 😕 It seems that My Flower Tree has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
Delayed orders / tracking system giving wrong updates/ lack of communication with customer service representatives
Few Items not delivered from my Rakhi order . This order was placed 14 days prior from Rakhi. Even though they not able deliver on time . Ruined the whole day of my family. Worst service ever seen. Fraud online shopping, customer representative s are not able to track their deliveries status from their own delivery partners . Even after 3 days no hope or signs that they will deliver or not . Not giving any updates . Item showing in invoice tracking status getting ready for preparation or not delivered but their final status showing items delivered and we are still waiting . That’s really annoying and frustrating . I Will never recommend anyone to order from this fake online business

I ordered Rakhi on the occasion of rakshabandhan the date is 21st of August but 21st and 21 nd the website is showing payment pending, but 23rd it was showing order placed. Wast website and irresponsible personal no one is answer to my issue the customer support team tell it was techinical issue I lost my money and the product is not delivered lost ND time also.. so many times I cal to customer care wast and worst website... Please clear my issue as early as possible if not done I will complaint to consumer Court...

I have ordered two products to be delivered to Pune. The items didn't get delivered till 23 aug 21 however it was scheduled to be delivered by 22 Aug 21. Even the customer care response is pathetic. If I want to talk to them the waiting time is 10 min everytime and even the customer care are least bother about their lapses. It was a worst experience. Plz don't use their services....
Order id 890599 had order rakhee for my brother on 21st August and this site promised me for same day delivery and when I went
to payment page there it was written it will delivered by 22nd August between 6 to 9 pm ..after 3 pm I constantly follow then for the order customercare did not received my call..then I texted them via chat then they constantly assuring me that they will deliver it by 9 pm ...till 8.40 I had chat with them and same he told me...then after 9.30 I got a message with a fake reason of rain...in that delivery address there was no rain whole day...I paid a huge amount that 685 rupees only for rakhee because it was a emotion for that particular day...which was spoiled my day and mood...Now after rakshyabandhan over it doesn't make any sense to send rakhee..which is over priced ...please cancel it and refund my money to source account...

You guys have delivered incomplete order. Instead of Celebrations you have sent 10 rs chocolates and only one pair of cheap looking rakhi. You should be ashamed of delivering such low value products. Order number is 892340. Fraud!

I placed an order for Rakhi on 9 Aug from Australia to deliver in India. Order no -876486 I ordered cake and chocolate tower which was supposed to deliver on Sat 21/8 but tracking status was giving wrong information and not showing updates properly . I tried to contact customer service but there is long waiting period of call and live chat. No one from customer service giving any information and they don’t know the status of delivery . Lack of communication and company representative have no idea when order will deliver . I would never recommend anyone to order from this online website, as they ruined our day. I had very bad experience and I don’t know even I will get any refunds or not because of their worst customer service.

My order no 876486 placed on 9 Aug 2021 from that two items cake and chocolate tower missing and not received yet. I called and made complaint multiple times but no one get back to me regarding order delivery or refunds . Didn’t receive any email from company on this complaint . Tracking system is so annoying which initially showing items under preparation and will be delivered soon but now it shows delivered . They changed status to delivered without delivering missing items. Very bad experience dealing with this fraud online business . They are looting people on giving false information of same day delivery and delivery on time. I placed this order for Rakhi and not recommending anyone.
I was panicked that the flowers would not be delivered at the midnight. Was totally Blown away with your service to have them delivered on time. Thanks!

Didn't received rakhi ant its showing delivered and asking for feedback...Very disappointed, pathetic service, just looting the customers...plz don't order as soon they will charge and at the end ur order will not be delivered.. customer care also don't know anything only one repeated line they will say.
