1. In initial days I found google that it mentioned as Forest heaven resort is a 2 star hotel. I even ask the management at munnar they confirmed its not a 3 star but we provide 3 star hotel facilities.
2. Coming to the payment mode inital payment that I made 5000 was done with credit card and no charges(Bank charges) also your executive confirms to me that I can made rest of payment through credit card and charges only if I want to convert to EMI. But when they mailed me to made 2nd payment 10000 they mentioned I can make payment only through FUnd transfer and no CC payment which they didnt mentioned when I made initial 5000 payment, after multiple followups they accepted to make last 10000 payment with credit card.
3. Even the Rajdhani houseboat management confirms that my happy journey didnt inform them that we are under special package for wedding cake and flower decoration. Also rajdhani boat guys confirms normally wedding cake will be before dinner and flower will be after dinner. So at 9:45PM after discussing with rajdhani and MHJ Ajith they said they will arriange that time but after dinner how can we enjoy the cake and fun. Also in the email clearly mentioned its a flower decoration not flower pot decoration but end of the day they confirms that its a flower pot decoration. I am attaching the screenshot of the email which says flower decoration. Then before we are paying your executive has to mention flower pot decoration its not flower decoration.
Also I had sent multiple mails asking the same but you didnt respond until yesterday 11AM.. But I feel 1000 rupees is really less amount as I book MHJ for rajdhani wedding cake and flower decoration which didnt happened.

First of all Thanks for Taking a honeymoon Package with us and Thanks for your valuable feed back
We given the customer with Forest Heaven Resorts ( 3 star Hotel) But he is claiming this as 2 star Hotel- We have no clues
Payment Mode is very simple with us .If they use a credit card we charge the bank processing fees with the customer or else they can do account transfer to our Icici / Hdfc Bank accounts.I don't Know where is the problem in Payments option.
Honeymoon Special is Complimentary as Mr Deepak mentioned.
We promise him to provide honeymoon special by 9.45 P.M and He refused that he don't require those things and he need Flower bed decoration which is normally Chargeable ..For complimentary things arrangements are basic.
After that also we agreed to refund Rs 1000/- to him and ask his bank account details, He haven't reverted back
