My TVS — Car Service

Extremely Pathetic and Bad Service( MY tvs, Guindy, Chennai): I really don't know what star to give. they don't deserve any recognition. My car had an AC cooling issue, I had raised a service request to Gobmpr and it was allotted to My TVs. They picked up my car on the 6th Morning at 7 a.m and I was told the car will be sent back on the same day. Around 11 am, Mr. Sukumar called and said, they will check and come back about the issue shortly. That's it post which I have not received any calls or nobody came back with the vehicle status. I thought they will call me on a further course. On 7th Morning i my self call Mr. Sukumar and enquired about the vehicle, he said he is checking and will call back in some time, this is day 2. No response from anyone, I was worried. Nobody even bothered to return the call. 7th evening I called Mr. Sukumar again, he said he will complete the work and give the vehicle the next day morning. 8th around 11.30 am, i received a call and I was told that the compressor issue and it will cost around 34k. I was shocked to receive the response. They responded on the 3rd and just checked the vehicle, When I asked for the reason, i was told they had more cars to check. It was really pathetic and I asked them to send my car back. I thought TVS will be professional and i had worst worst exp. please rethink before giving your car for service. For holding my car for two days, i was asked to pay 600 rs, for no reason to release the car. Poor poor service.
