I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service performed on my vehicle and Poor Customer Care service [Tata Bolt Diesel 2018 ] at your dealership (K.Pudhur Branch, Madurai]on 10/11/2025.
My complaint concerns the following issues:
Incomplete Work:Dashboard not fixed properly, Ac water Leakage inside the Car..
Poor Communication: I was told My issues to ur service Advisor clearly but he did not pick any issues in proper manner..
Billing Discrepancy: I was charged for a Wheel alignment that was not performed and i was charged extra amount for Spares..but I Refused to pay Money.
After that I am facing lot of issues from your company side.
Till now they don't share invoice copy to me..
1week before I have facing ac water 💧 Leakage issues again and informed to service advisor and share the video too.but Till now no response from his side
After that I have escalate my complaint to customer care through phone call.
They told me to clear the issues within 24hrs..
But it's take nearly 1week above..
I chose your service center expecting professional care and high standards, but this experience has been disappointing.
I have attached a copy of my service receipt [Invoice copy] and photos of the [mention Complaint] for your reference.
I look forward to your prompt response and a proposal on how you intend to rectify this situation.
