Myntra.com — account deactivated- unable to return product

Have Myntra acount as [protected]@gmail.com. On Julne 4, my account has been deactivated stating some weird reason mentiond under the hidden Terms & Conditions. Even asked several time, I'm receiving the same scripted answere by the CSRs Muhc before the account fot deactivated, have placed orders. The previous orders delievred can't be returned and when asked for a reason, they again give std robot answers. As the order is placed much before this drama happened, won't we given the right to return the products which we don't want.
If the orders can be delivered then why can't they be returned/exchanged. The hard earned money can't be lost just like that. Need a resolution to return the products or activate my accnt
