I’ve been a loyal Elite customer of Myntra for years, but this recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.

I ordered a specific product, but Myntra delivered something completely different. To make matters worse, the package was missing the tax invoice, which is essential for initiating any return or refund. Despite multiple follow-ups and sharing clear photographic evidence of the wrong item and packaging, Myntra’s customer support team refused to process a refund, citing the absence of the invoice—which they failed to include.

This is not just poor service, it’s a complete failure in accountability. I’m now left bearing the financial loss and mental stress caused by their mistake. As an Elite customer, I expected better treatment and a prompt resolution. Instead, I’ve been met with indifference and unfair policies.
