[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Product & Money Not Received

I ordered a shirt from Myntra for 1, 200 Rs, it did not fit well & hence I requested an exchange, the new shirt was for 3, 000 Rs, so I paid an additional 1, 800 Rs. It has been a month now & Myntra has not delivered the shirt nor providing the refund. The order shows in “processing” status & multiple calls & emails have been futile since they come up with a standard response “please give us 24-48 hours”.

I received call from their escalation desk number 8035723007 twice, post me sending an email to their greviance email id, however the response on the call was same “give us 24-48 hours”, but no action even post a month.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
