I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order delivered on 29th September around 2 PM. I had ordered a brown-colored product, but I received a blue-colored one instead. I immediately took clear photos as proof and initiated a return request with all the required details.
The return request was initially approved, and I even received a confirmation email stating that it had been accepted. However, later when I spoke to your customer support team again, I was informed that the return was cancelled after approval due to a "re-investigation, " without any proper explanation.
This is extremely disappointing because:
I followed all steps as per the return policy.
I have photos proving the wrong item was delivered.
I have the screenshot of the approval email.
I kept following up daily from 29th Sept to 4th Oct, and every time I was assured it would be resolved within 24 hours.
I request you to kindly reopen my return request and process my refund or exchange at the earliest.
Please check the case carefully as I have all necessary proof, including photos and emails.
