Myntra.com — Bad Quality of the product | |||
I had purchased Reebok shoes from Myntra.com on 28th Jan'14 and after few days I had used only for 15min and walked on road but all of sudden I felt down due to bad quality ( sole/ grip for shoes) so I had request for return of the product on 21st Feb'14 and next they send couriers boys to pickup the product but he said that I had used so couldn't be return so I talked to customer care and he said I need to upload some pics and also did for the same but still didn't get any response yet so I again called Myntra.com customer care and he promised me to update on this issue on7the Feb'14 but still no response yet. So If a customer want to highlight bad quality of product then only it will happen when we use the product but in this case I think Myntra.com want to run way for this issue and not taking this issue seriously and its almost passed 13days and still I am running for satisfactory solution/return.
