Myntra.com — Delivered a wrong product and now refusing return and refund

I ordered an Ajile by Pantaloons cotton joggers from Myntra. The product they delivered to me was some waste piece of cloth. When I initiated the return and highlighted my issue to the customer care, they outright refused my claims and closed the portal. They claimed that it was delivered with mandatory checks and hence they won’t return or refund it. This is a malpractice and a way of looting innocent customers. I have been a loyal customer to the site and still they did not even consider my claims and just sent a pre generated message refuting my claims of a return. This amounts to fraudulent practice.
