[Resolved] Myntra.com — Didn't receive refund

I returned a product on 20 july and till today i have not received the refund. Already tried so many times to get it resolved from myntra. They always told me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs. But after there given timeline they didn't provide any information about the same. Delivery boy have taken the product but didnt provide any acknowledgement slip. Same has been told to myntra on the same i. E on 20 july. Still didn't receive any refund Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Aug 16, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They didn't resolve any isssue from there side. They told me they are resolving but the issue is not resolved yet . Ihave contacted almost 100 of times . But the issue is not resolved Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 16, 2020 Updated by Riyamittal I have ordered a Philips epilator from myntra .
