Myntra.com — Different ASICS shoe not the one I ordered

Respected sir, I have ordered ASICS Dynablast shoe from Myntra, but I have received a different ASICS shoe from Myntra by mistake and as a valuable customer, I have raised my return request on the same day on which I received the shoe, but Myntra had declined my return request after waiting for 2 days iam asked to wait for 3 more days and they are not taking this shoe back. I kindly request you to return the shoe and provide me a refund as I am troubled with the service of Myntra. Thank you.
