[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Fake myntra customer care called me with exact myntra order details which I ordered

Hi Team,

Order ID: # 1334590 [protected]

Today(30/06/2026) i got call from fake myntra customer care person she told me about the product which i ordered in myntra and confirmed my Delivery address with pin code. She asked me to repay the money to continue my order. she told me that your order is on hold due to server down.she shared one scanner to pay the money which i paid for myntra order. she asked me to pay 860.09 but i paid 860.90 she told me again to repay the correct amount again i paid 860.09.I payed total 1720.99 Rupees to their upi through whatsapp upi.

I just want to know how third party person(unknown person) know about my order product type which i ordered in myntra and delivery address along with pincode?

How unknown persons are accessing myntra order details ? she confirmed all the product details with me.

I want to understand How they access my order details? How myntra will take care of customer order details privacy and security?
