Order id:[protected] I have have received product from warehouse after waiting 10 days for delivery no proper response not even a single mail, and now waiting to pickup 1 product return from 1 week i'm tired of this even shopclues and paytm are better than you. Customer service is very poor they just hang up phone these cheaters couldn't even provide toll free number and it costs me 2 rupees / minute... 300 or 400 i spent to talk to customer care... Myntra boasts of Customer Service Quality. But our experience is shocking. Orders id[protected] placed by my daughter on 3rd July still not complied in full!! Major chunk of order worth over Rs5000- not delivered in spite of spending lot of time &money on phone calls, reminders over email etc. &mind you to get a call on their support number one has to have tremendous patience &BP shoots up waiting for the call to materialise!! Talked many times in spite of all the dreadful experiences in getting the call, sent mails for cancelling the pending order & refund money. Again no response even after the Complaint Escalation Team assured action on refund & Confirmation mail by yesterday.. What a Customer friendly Company??Can they exist in this fashion, harassing &chasing the Customers out. The CEO proclaims of making profits this Year. Is it by collecting money & deceiving Customers in this fashion??
