Myntra.com — Label 499 navy blue butterfly top | |||||
I purchased a navy blue butterfly top label 499 from myntra. But, it came without a tag which is very true. I tried returning this top once and explaining the circumstances that how it came without a tag, the team promised to take the return. Then, due to the nature of my job, had to travel outside and hence, couldnot actually return the product so the request was closed but later again when I re-initiated the same, the request was closed saying that no Exception can be made. But, I challenge this decision as HOW CAN IT BE AN EXCEPTION WHEN IN FIRST PLACE THE COMPANY HAS ITSELF DELIVERED ME A PRODUCT WITHOUT TAG.Secondly, I am a customer who makes prepaid payment as mostly I am not at home which means that my money is already debited in advance at the time of placing any order. So now if any order comes and I am not there then, by default, it will not be opened and checked and I, as a customer can also receive faulty product which I CAN ONLY SHARE WITH THE TEAM ONCE I OPEN THE PACKET. SOMETIMES WHEN I;M NOT THERE, THE PACKET IS NOT OPENED FOR DAYS, Let alone the product being Tried or damaged. WHAT IF CUSTOMER IS RIGHT AND THE PRODUCT RECEIVED WAS ACTUALLY WITHOUT A LABEL? I EVEN REQUESTED TO CHECK THE CCTV FOOTAGE FROM WHERE SUCH INCOMPLETE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED BUT I DONT THINK THE STAFF IS COMPETENT ENOUGH OR HAS CHECKED THE CCTV FOOTAGE, AS THEY KNOW THEN IT WILL BE THE FAULT OF MANAGEMENT WHICH WILL BE HIGHLIGHTED IN RED.ALSO, IF THEY ACCEPT THE RETURN, THEY CAN MAKE IT GO THROUGH THE TEST IF IT HAS BEEN USED OR WASHED SUBJECT TO SUCCESSFUL INSPECTION ONLY THEY RETURN THE AMOUNT, THEN WHY I AM DEPRIVED OF THIS OPPORTUNITY??I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED BY THIS BEHAVIOUR WITH A CUSTOMER WHERE THE CUSTOMER NOT ONLY MAKES FREQUENT PURCHASE BUT ALSO MAKES PRE-PAYMENT. WEBSITES LIKE JABONG ARE MUCH BETTER IN THIS ASPECT.I MYSELF WORK IN SERVICE INDUSTRY BUT ALSO KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CERTAIN LAPSES, WE CANNOT PENALISE THE CUSTOMER FOR OWN FAULT OF THE MANAGEMENT. I REQUEST THAT YOU TAKE ACTION AS DEEMED FIT AGAINST SUCH INJUSTICE CAUSED WITHOUT ANY FAULT OF MINE. IT NOT ABOUT 350 OR 400 RS., ITS ABOUT TRUST WHICH CUSTOMER HAS ON A BRAND LIKE MYNTRA WHICH THEY HAVE BROKEN EASILY Was this information helpful? | |||||
