I would like to inform you that previosly, upon extensive investigation we found out that the product was shipped to you after a successful quality check. Hence, we will not be able to refund your amount. I understand that this must be disheartening to know as I would have felt the same, had I been in your place. Let me assure that it was never our intention to disappoint you and that we came to this conclusion after multiple investigations in this regard showed that the actual product was shipped out after a quality check. I understand that this might be disappointing and I assure you that nothing pains us more than a disappointed customer. However, we are limited by our policies.

Thanks for response. Then who will responsible for missing item. It customer mistake to place an order with Myntra?
If Myntra team will not take responsibility then customer have pay penalty.
