I ordered 6 kurtis of same brand that is House of Chikankari, out of which i got delievered with only two kurtis on 1st may 2025 and in my app its showing all 6 kurtis have been delievered, and this order was prepaid, when i complaint regarding this issue to myntra customer support they are refusing to acknowledge this issue and states that order was completely tamper proof, but thats not my problem, i have already paid for my order and its a loss 10K to me and apart from money, what about the emotional harrasment, and inconvenience they have caused to me since this has occured i have been trying to reach them regarding the same but they are just delaying and at last refuses to resolve. Its my hard earned money, i wont let go of this easily, this must have happened at there warehouse where these orders are been packed they should investigate there but they are just so careless about it since it was the prepaid order, kindly look into the matter soon and do the needful its really frustating, i was silly enough who thought one single packet will be having my all kurtis since its been seen that all products of same brand comes in one single package but no the reality was they played with me and sent only two kurtis, what an audacity. And if i would have any idea of same i would have made video before ordering the parcel but i didnt expected so, seriously my bad but still I am attaching valid and required proofs Was this information helpful? |
